I literally went in there for a refill the lady was talking about some nonsense troubles she was going thru I ended paying 55$ for a refill I don't when pay for that on a full set little alone a refill I thought it was ridiculous never again!!! Read Less

I've been trying different nail salons to find "the one" and this one was great!! So reasonably priced as well! I paid $61.00 for a shellac mani/ pedi. They are very polite and friendly. I received quick service; however the location could use a bit of TLC. Loved the way they look; great place but no so fancy if that's what you're into. Read Less

Horrible place, I don't recommend it the ladies are extremely slow I was there for three hours. Ladies are rude and always laughing at you. They only had like 6 colors to choose from!!! Place is very dirty never going again !! Read Less

Went in for a full set and a pedicure. Signed in and sat for about 30 min. I got up and asked if I could soak my current nails while I waited, was told they'd be with me shortly. Waited and extra 30 min. Finally got seated just to soak my nails. Finished up with soaking and I sat and continued to wait for an extra hour! Everyone walking by not eeven aacknowledging that I've been waiting for about 2 hours and all I had done was soaked. I wouldn't have minded had I at least gotten my pedi done ( only one of the pedicure seats were taken btw) FINALLY get called to sit in another seat and the guy (don't know his name) asks me for the color I wanted for my nails... gave it to him he took about 15 min looking for it and told me they were out of that one. So I chose another one... and yet again, he takes what felt like an eternity looking for it... and for what?! To tell me that they were out of that as well. By that time, I was fuming! I left very upset! I understand if there is a wait. But someone could have asked me if I wanted a pedi while I wait like they do at all the other salons I've gone to. Plus they started working on people that got there after me while I waited. 2 and a half hours and all I did was soak off my old nails. It wasn't even that packed either!!! I will NEVER go back. Since I live in Austin I never really get to come here, but whenever I'm in town visiting family, ProNails is always a must for me! Long story short, I started coming about 5 years ago and somehow ended up majoring in Chinese. These ladies just happen to be Chinese as well. ANYWAYS, ProNails NEVER disappoints! These ladies are extremely meticulous which I appreciate, and they always do a phenomenal job on my hands and feet! Not sure if me being able to communicate in Mandarin helps or not with the extra TLC I receive, but even before I gained fluency in the language I've never been disappointed! They're all so kind!
