This is the ONLY place I will get my nails done from now on. Got an overlay at a different salon because of a gift certificate and normally I come to Orchid. I always knew they were great and LOVE the lotion application and massage after a manicure as well as the hot stone massage with pedicure. Sometimes, it takes going somewhere else to appreciate what you have. I got a full set put on at the separate salon. They were good, polite; but, my nails ACHED afterward, more than n...ormal and felt heavy. They weren't cleaned up as well or as shaved down as they could have been either. They were THICK. I got a fill back at "home" today at Orchid and boy is there a night and day difference! My nails are light, even, clean, and don't even look like I have acrylic over my nails just look like my nails are nice, long, and manicured. I am so glad I went back to Orchid and will never stray again! The prices are the icing on the cake. They are reasonable and don't over charge. Highly recommend. Michelle was definitely 5 stars. So gentle and detailed! My sister accidentally smudged a nail and she saw a different technician, but Michelle fixed it for her anyway! Only reason I wouldn't give five stars to the establishment is because we weren't greeted when we walked in and after having an appointment we were taken about 15 minutes late and we were about to walk out before we were taken. After several suggestions, I went for a full set. I ended and wrote my name down and sat down. When entering, NO ONE spoke to me for over 30 minutes. Finally after handing 4 others that entered after me and where seated before me, I was asked "what you want? ". I stated my request and he said "ok 10 minutes". That's 40 minutes in waiting. 4 of 10 of my nails were crooked and within days i got them straightened and filed at my normal spot. Only tried it due to recommendation. But never again. Read Less

I don't normally write reviews but I had an experience at Posh that was so bad that I feel I need to share it. The "stylist" was much more intent on giving me her personal opinion of my life and my short comings, which she actually knew nothing about, than to styling my hair, which is what she was paid for. She was grossly unprofessional, she made me wait for 2 hours from my appointment, and she talked to me in a very demeaning manner. The hair style was mediocre at best.
