Paid for manicure didn't get one. Went in and told the man I wanted a manicure and shellack, priced at $25. He talked me into getting a powder that's similar to shellack but better for your nails for $35 including manicure. He filed my nails and stared to use the powder. I assumed the rest of the manicure was coming after the powder since I've never done it before, but once he had finished the powder he said I was done. I asked about the rest of the manicure and he said that it was a different manicure with the powder but all he did was file my nails. I've had many manicures done and never ever have I not soaked my nails and had my cuticles done. You could clearly tell that I had dead, dry skin all around my nails and he was still trying to say that it was fine. I made him use the cuticle cutters around my nails before I left. Basically, I paid $35 to have him file my nails and use the power, no manicure. No soak, no lotion, nothing. The powder starts high on my nail because he didn't take the cuticles off on the base of my nail which makes the job look like a week old. Never, ever coming back. Read Less
