I have been a regular cutomer for the last few months, however yesterday was horrible. As soon as I walked in I felt the hostility. The ownets appeared to be angry. The lady owner gave me an ugly look, the male owner directed me to the pedicure chair after a few minutes and as I placed my feet in the tub, I immediately had to pull them out. The water was so hot. The lady owner came to place blue salt in the water but from a distance she threw it toward the tub and it hit me on my calf. The only reason I give them 2 stats is because the lady who actually did my pedicure was nice. I will never go back. Read Less

I have been coming to this nail place for the last few months...they have always been nice except for yesterday. I dont know if they were angry but they were unfriendly from the moment I walked in. Aftwr a few monutes, they directed me to a chair and began the water. As I placed my feet in the water, I immediately had to remove them since it was so hot. Annie, her husband, and her staff provide the absolute greatest customer service I've ever received at a salon. I go to see them about once a week and have never had anything less than a perfect experience. Not only do they recognize you when you walk in the door, which is super welcoming, but Annie even recognizes your phone number when you call to schedule an appointment. This is the first time I've ever had a full set done where my nails wernt sore for days or bleeding from people being too rough. I got in right away and the woman doing my nails was very gentle.
