Went to this place even though it was out of my way because of the great reviews. I can’t speak for their service but their customer service is not there. I walked in around 4:30, a girl asked me what I needed and I told her. She told me it was going to be a little bit of a wait. The keyword here is a little bit. About 45 minutes go by and a couple girls walk in with in that timeframe, then another girl gets up and starts asking girls if they have appointments which I then proceed to say no. She said oh because it’s going to be a three hour wait. That’s it. no I’m sorry, or you can come back tomorrow or you can make an appointment. She had no care in the world that it was gonna take that long and that I had already been waiting for 45 minutes. Seriously? Do you just forget you have appointments or something? Because I don’t see how I can be told one time, then it drastically changing. The only thing that changed was that more walk ins came in but The appointment we’re still going to be there regardless. Maybe all of the technicians should be aware of appointment times and wait times that way they can probably inform their customers, especially when people have busy lives and can’t afford to be waiting 45 minutes FOR NOTHING.
