I love coming to this nail salon. I've always received good service. Every nail tech I've encountered at this place always does a great job and they take their time doing my mani/pedi which I appreciate. Prices are reasonable (just like every other nail salon). Def my go-to! Read Less

I purchased the manicure with shellac. The lady pulled out her tools from an unsealed, opened bag. A sealed package is proof to me that tools have been sanitized. I pointed this out and she said they use the sanitizing machines. She did not file my nails at all to make them even. And the next day, the shellac on two fingers had already peeled off. Today is one week since my visit and all the shellac on my left hand has come off. I cannot recommend this place for shellac. Read Less

This place gets 0 stars!I walked in to this place for the first time ever with every intention of getting a mani/pedi. I walk miles in heels every day at my job and was so excited to have my feet pampered. The older lady, with glasses, is super rude.  I asked her to please scrub the soles of my feet with the cheese grater-looking thing and she threw a fit, saying I didn't need it. I told her I respected her opinion but still wanted her to do it and she threw a fit, threw her tools on her cart, and told me it was my fault if she made me bleed. She angrily scrubbed them and I am happy to report-I did NOT bleed.Then she VERY RUDELY told me to stop talking when I pointed out the polish she was using on my toes was a bit clumpy. She said I had to wait until she was done. I was trying to save her from doing extra work of starting over with another color, but I held my tongue and waited patiently until she finished.I spoke with the manager afterwards and calmly told him she was the rudest person I had ever met in my life and would not be paying for the clumpy mess she was trying to pass off for a pedicure and that I would not be returning. The lady overheard me and began yelling that they would call the police on me if I did not pay. The manager offered to re-do my toes himself. I hesitantly agreed, declined the manicure with design I had initially told him I wanted, paid, and walked out.I will never be returning here and urge you not to come to this place. Came in today for a shellac pedicure ($40). I get about 1-2 pedicures a year so when I get one, I want it done well! This was my first one this year. I was disappointed with this place. The appearance of the pedicure is fine but it's not hard to do a simple, single color pink pedicure. However I had to wait for over 20 minutes to be seen. If I was told ahead of time there was a wait, etc. I would understand that. I was short on time and asked if they could it do it now (they weren't busy). She said yes and I thought great!Anyway, I meandered on back and sat down in a chair. The lady put some lukewarm water on and I stuck my toes on in. She said she would be right back and pulled the cart on over to my chair. I then waited for over 20 minutes. The water gold cold. I waited some more. It wasn't busy and the lady was just standing around talking and finally, just as I was about to get up and leave, she said she would be right there. I then waited some more. I should have left.Finally, a guy came over to do my pedicure and the whole thing was incredibly rushed. Like I said, I was short on time and by this point I just wanted to GTFO, so that didn't bother me as much as it normally would. But it was kind of painful and in no way relaxing. I have a pinky toe that has been broken before but is now fine (and has been for quite some time) but he made it hurt like crazy. This is a good place for a quick mani/pedi combo for $30.  The place becomes busy early evening/right after work, however they have a good amount of staff to keep it flowing.  Excellent for callous removal/cuticle clean-up, but no awards for long foot massages. Read Less
