⚠Save time and money, and go elsewhere. This place is falling apart and keeps getting poorly done patch-up jobs. The minute you walk in there is a moldy smell, which is later masked by their air-fresheners, but still lingers. The staff were friendly and accommodating, but would benefit in paying more attention to what they're doing vs. yapping away. I went in to get a pedicure and a manicure, and was sat down on a "massage" chair that looked like it had been beat up by a dog, though it was covered up by a *used* towel. The lady doing my toes was so rough and cut my cuticle. I was bleeding and didn't feel comfortable continuing on because that's unsanitary! She didn't seem to mind and tried convincing me that it was fine, but finally listened to me and ended the pedicure then and there.😥 However, it left me wondering how many other times sunbathing similar happened🤔😝 Gross! When she did my nails, she cut them down SOOO much, rounded them, and they looked as if I'd bitten them in a nervous angst. Then, she applied the polish like a 5 year old (nay, a 3y.o. since my 4 y.o. does a better job). The polish was on. my. fingers. As in, near my knuckes, on my hands from where she'd carelessly smear it, for sure around my nail beds, and as if that wasn't bad enough, she applied too many coats, maybe 4 (on some), and it all just looked sloppy. The service was actually good, but over priced. I left there feeling ripped off. I even tried to confirm prices. It was not worth the 220+ dollars I spent. Later, I checked the prices on their website and yep, I was over billed. I randomly got a call the same evening offering me a $20 credit for my next visit....uh ...no thank you. Super bad service would not recommend or ever go back for that matter. Got a pedicure manicure and nails was not a spa like environment spa girls were loud and laughing made you almost feel like they are laughing at you. Got a set of acrylic nails one of the nails fell off before I even left the parking lot made me schedule another appt just to get that one nail put on!! Worst spa experience ever! Read Less

Worst Brazilian!! At the end of a Brazilian there should be NO hair!!! Also, I've never had my whole lip area waxed all together at once! Worst experience with Lydia at this salon. She had no sympathy! There was still wax on my legs when she was done. In my past experiences all estheticians tweezed any rogue hairs or cut out any in-growns, not Lydia! The spa does offer re-dos if you are not happy with your service but honestly 1 session of pain a month is more than enough for me! Waste of $70! Read Less

Had a facial for $125!!! And it was HORRIBLE! Included a "massage" for upper body which most higher end facials do but the massage was just as bad. Facial was sloppy and service was sub par. There in Capellos is a lady named Surilla she does your nails like you've never experienced she takes her time and there sculptured i love the experience I had in Capellos. I went because they had a really great special I saw online (if you go, make sure to check out their online specials!).  For the money I paid, it was excellent.  Facial, massage and pedicure for about $100.That all being said, it isn't the highest quality of all of those things (with the exception of the pedicure which was quite top-notch).  I've had better of all of those things, but I have had to pay a lot more.4 stars since it was good for what it was, not 5 since it could be better.(additional note:  They did NOT try to upsell me on anything, which I really appreciated!)
