The first time my mom and I came here, 3 years ago, the young lady that helped us was phenomenal. So sweet, cheerful, and made it easy to relax. However this is a review for the second time we visited. This was on Tuesday the 3rd. The men that did our pedicures and my manicure were rude and kept trying to push services we did not want. An older lady that was doing a customer's pedicure next to my mom kept looking at us and at what the men were doing instead of paying attention to her customer. The man that did my manicure stopped to answer his phone rather than turning it off and he kept rushing instead of paying attention to what he was doing. The lady that did my mom's eyebrows left them uneven and kept insisting they were fine. That debacle of a visit had soured my memory from 3 years ago. I don't know if the service has just gone downhill, they were having a bad day, or if we came in right after a big rush, but it was 11 in the morning so doubtful. I won't be back again. If I could give zero stars for this visit I would. Read Less

What nail salon doesn't have pink glitter? Now I have to pay more money to get them done else where!!! GREAT. Yes it was in Marshall and I was treated like an inconvenience to both of the guys. I've always went to Happy Nails but my sister wanted to try this place so I said I would give it a shot. There was not a wait when we arrived which was great. I'm glad we showed up when we did because they got a lot busier after that. They had a lot more powder colors to choose out of which was nice. The shop was decently sized. The pedicure chairs were comfortable. They do try to talk you into getting a more expensive pedicure after you tell them you are not interested. My nails turned out nice. My only complaint was they charged me $5 too much. Since it wasn't much I didn't make a big deal. I would probably go back here again. Read Less

I love VIP my nails are usually done correctly unless I get a certain person. But today my treatment was... a three star. I was having a conversation made a joke that the fish was fat and she called me fat. Not once but 3 times. And told me whatever, and to be quiet. I wantes to leave with my nails undone. Horrible service. Receptionist is very rude and certain people are treated with more respect. I waited for 2 hours and watched several people be put in front of me until I was tired and just got up and walked out! I was not in a group or anything! This wasn't the first time I was treated this way. That's not how you run a business! Need your nails done properly...go see Candy, Hannah, DJ and the rest of the crew at Happy Nails and Spa! They're very courteous and great at what they do! Review Update! I was not in a group nor did I have any children with me AND I never drink or drank any beverages at this nail salon so maybe the owner or whomever else responded to my opinion has me mixed up with someone else OR they're just being their usual selves and not taking ownership for their lack of customer service and evident prejudice! I've tried this place twice for pedicures. The first time, I had the quickest and weakest foot-and-leg massage ever, for $45. Friends said I got a bad employee, give it another go. This time, I was put in a chair with my feet in water, waiting for a technician for 20 minutes. When he got around to me, he used the scrubber so enthusiastically that he SCRUBBED the SKIN off the outside of my left foot (it bled) and on the inside of my right. In twenty years of monthly pedicures, no one has ever drawn blood. No apology. No indication that he even noticed, even though I told him to stop, it was hurting. He just switched feet and proceeded to skin the other one. Never again! Read Less
