0 stars and I have reported this company to the Better Business Bureau. I purchased gift cards and when my daughter in law went to site to get a pedicure they told her they would accept the cards. She got her pedicure and went to pay with the gift cards and they would NOT accept the cards. They stated that a batch of cards had been stolen and they could not tell which cards were bought and which cards were stolen. So ANY customer who bought cards from this site, good luck. We are ALL out of pocket on this one. If they had explained this before she got the pedicure, only I would be out $50.00, but they told her they would cards and then did not so now she is ALSO out $50.00. She is in school to become a nurse and did not have the money to waste (which is why I gave her the gift cards)... this is just THEFT!!! Read Less

Sitting for over and hour waiting before anyone check on me and thats only because someone else wanted to get a pedicure also! Then to get someone that doesn't give effort in there work. Very personal experience; I did not get the feeling of being shuffled around like cattle. Came in close to noon on a Sunday and despite them being short handed they took their time and were very detailed. I would highly recommend their gel pedicure; I chose French tip and the technician was very detailed in getting the shape just right. All equipment they used came from sealed, sanitized packaging. This place is horrible ! I've been here several times but every since it took over new management it sucks ! I went in to get my toes painted and regular white square tips the nails had acrylic was stuck underevery nail and my toes were so ugly ! She put acrylic in my toes to try and make them longer when I told her not to then when I stood up it started peeling off and breaking and one of them cracks my real toe nail and the pattern was just three simple white lines and it was smugey I demaned my money back for my toes and asked her to remove it she only took the paint off of three toes and left what was left of the cracked acrylic in my toes it took a weak befor I was able to get the remaining of the acrylic in my toes off !
