I usually don't write reviews but had to on this place because I don't want this to happen to anyone else. I also had to give a star in order to write this review, or I would not have given it a star.
These people seemed nice, thought they would even offer a drink, (they had bottles of wine stocked & bottles of water), but they never offered any. They smiled at me & acted like they really cared about customer service, all the time they would talk about people in their native language & laugh about different things, (30 years of having my nails done, I understand some of their language). I also saw them looking at the overweight lady.
So I am sitting there looking around as I witnessed how dirty the place really was, most of us just take for granted a place will be clean, but not this place.
While I was waiting I noticed a Nail Tech finished working on a patron's feet & started working on another patron's feet w/o washing her hands.
Now it was time to get my nails done & I started thinking, the Nail Tech never washed her hands after she finished with the patron before me. I sat down to a table that was dirty with the nail clippings and dust from the other patron & a machine that was full of nail powder they used to collect old nail dust. It was over- flowing with the dirty dust which I inhaled & it made me cough.
There was also a very dirty white rag she had laying on the table that she used to wipe the table, but w/o any disinfecting spray.
Then before my nails started to get worked on, I was asked if I was going to pay with cash b/c the Nail Tech said, they didn't have a credit card machine & when I told her I only had a credit card, she said, "We have the Square we will have to use that".
I'm a business owner & the Square is a credit card machine, the only downside with using it, is the business owner pays a small percentage & it's not "cash under the table". At least that is how she made me feel when she asked that question, before I even was going to get my nails done.
I decided there were too many bad things going on in this place & kindly declined any service & left.
TO YOUR RESPONSE TO ME, WHOMEVER THIS IS:
First off, that's soo nice you have been here for 9+ years & I have been here all my life! (What does that have to do with customer service)?!
If you are insinuating that I am someone you had to call the police on, that is despicable and just proves what I said about the salon!
You really had to call the police on a customer? I would love to hear from that person as to what really happened.
Also great on you being voted best salon several times, as -you- said.
I vote for things in there too and sometimes I don't, it just means maybe others didn't vote for "their" favorite & you got it, that happens alot.
It seems that has gone to your head, let's hope to God that posts like this will help the salon give respect & cleanliness to the costumers that come in.

YOU ARE SERIOUSLY DISTURBED TO SAY I RECEIVED A SERVICE FROM YOU & THAT IT WAS ME YOU HAD TO CALL THE POLICE ON! THAT'S SIMPLY DERANGED & I WOULD LIKE TO SEE PROOF!
I HOPE WHOMEVER YOU DID CALL THE POLICE ON, WILL SEE THIS AND TELL US WHAT REALLY HAPPENED.
