Took my sister here for a late mothers day present. After a 20 minute wai which i dont mind we were sat. About a minute later tge guy starts scraping my sisters feet. They hadnt even soaked yet. Mean...
Took my sister here for a late mothers day present. After a 20 minute wai which i dont mind we were sat. About a minute later tge guy starts scraping my sisters feet. They hadnt even soaked yet. Meanwhile my feet are soaking and another customer was sat. Tge guy doing my sisters feet is using the grater so hard shes making faces and telling him to slow down. He proceeds to start clipping toenails and filing them. Im still waiting so is the other person. When he finishes and my siter looks there is still dirt and nail polish on some of her toes. She has them fixed. Im still waiting and soneones starts working on the person that came in after me. My sisters guy starts massaging her legs and feet when its finally my turn. The lady starts clipping my nails then sends in a new guy. He finishes clipping barely files them didnt even clean under them and exfoliates in about 5 minutes flat. My sister is getting massaged this whole time. The person next to me is getting massaged as well. My guy starts massaging and hers starts painting. She gets a top coat and mine is syarting to paint. My pedi minus waiting to start was 10 minutes long. We were there for an hour and a half including the 20 minute wait to be seated. She was at the dryer for 2 whole minutes before i was. Will not recommend not go back. The whole visit felt as if we were an inconvenience. I planned to do all the extras and wasnt asked. Would have if we had been started together. Would of been a great tip too.

I’ve been going to KB nails for about 10 years and I’ve been very satisfied there. Not every technician does my nails the way I like them and there have been several turnovers over the years , but I’ve always been able to find one who does my nails just the way I like them. My favorite is Terry. He is fast but very good. I’m always happy when he does my nails. Some of the technicians don’t speak a lot of English, but they are all pleasant and try to help you. I’m very comfortable there.

My spouse and I spent the entire afternoon here! Full feet and leg massages and full pedicures. These employees truly know how to " do it up big." I had a full set of nails created, and they are absolutely gorgeous. The nail technician, Henry, was very professional, attentive to detail, and courteous at all times. He created a set of nails exactly as the photo I had shown him (picture of nails I liked). My spouse and I will be back on a regular basis! We truly enjoyed the staff, the people in this town, and our afternoon together at KB. Thank you for a beautiful day!

Talk about toe torture.. they were extremely nice but my pedicure was painful! My boyfriend enjoyed his, so maybe it depends on who you ask for.

I walked in here on an impulse; saw their sign while driving through Marble Falls on the way home. Such friendly people! They got me right in and did a FANTASTIC mani/pedi. I have walked out of other salons with cuticles bleeding because they cut way to close and my hands were angry for days after. Lilly was extremely gentle and I will return although it is an hour away.

By then it was too late for and I had to miss out om a great time with my family. I will never be back.

We arrived at 11am and she said oh you're a little early. Well 30 minutes later we were able to get in. If you cant accomodate an appointment don't schedule it! I wont be back.

I'm from out of town. Came to this salon over others in area for a fill. Why in the world would I pay $45 for nothing. Filed all my nails off after I told him I wanted to keep the length. So I paid $4...
I'm from out of town. Came to this salon over others in area for a fill. Why in the world would I pay $45 for nothing. Filed all my nails off after I told him I wanted to keep the length. So I paid $45 for a that looks like a basic manicure with white tips. Will never come here if I come back to marble falls.

I am super happy with the results. They use the brand gelish which I haven't had luck with in the past, but my nails looks beautiful. I love it when the gel is thin, it just looks cleaner and much more natural! Cost me $30 including the removal of my previous set. It took about an hour for removal and renew. Walked right in and was sat immediately at 1045am. They were all very sweet and accommodating. This will definitely be the place I go anytime I'm in Marble Falls! Thanks Anna for a great job!

The most PAINFUL pedicure I've ever had. I asked the lady multiple times to stop, but she kept hurting me. She even made my toes bleed. Do NOT recommend. Bad experience.

I’ve been going to KB nails for about 10 years and I’ve been very satisfied there. Not every technician does my nails the way I like them and there have been several turnovers over the years , but I’ve always been able to find one who does my nails just the way I like them. My favorite is Terry. He is fast but very good. I’m always happy when he does my nails. Some of the technicians don’t speak a lot of English, but they are all pleasant and try to help you. I’m very comfortable there.

My spouse and I spent the entire afternoon here! Full feet and leg massages and full pedicures. These employees truly know how to " do it up big." I had a full set of nails created, and they are absolutely gorgeous. The nail technician, Henry, was very professional, attentive to detail, and courteous at all times. He created a set of nails exactly as the photo I had shown him (picture of nails I liked). My spouse and I will be back on a regular basis! We truly enjoyed the staff, the people in this town, and our afternoon together at KB. Thank you for a beautiful day!

I walked in here on an impulse; saw their sign while driving through Marble Falls on the way home. Such friendly people! They got me right in and did a FANTASTIC mani/pedi.
