The ambiance it’s great and the workers are very nice and the male owner is too, he made me a virgin margarita and assured me good customer service. The second time I went I wasn’t too happy with the snappy attitude of the female owner. I was going to originally get powder dip on my nails but got a fill instead. They were very long and she said $5 more for the length I ended up getting them short and I told her do I still get charged extra I got them short she checked my nails and said ok but she wasn’t too happy about it. I’m still going to continue to go to this place because all the techs take there time and are nice but it’s not ok to mistreat your customers like that. This was the BEST experience I ever had at a nail salon!!! It was actually more than a nail salon, it was truly a VIP experience from the moment we walked in the door. The ambiance is amazing and it makes you feel so relaxed while you are being serviced. They have the best of the best equipment and spa pedicure chairs, and all of the technicians were very professional and nice. Horrible experience in first time i used to go paradise but this time wanted to change Because they did twice horrible job to but this worse then that. This was my first time here! My old salon messed my nails up twice and I was not pleased, so I was in search of a new place! I came in and the staff was very friendly and took care of us immediately. My teach was a gentleman and I was not pleased with my dip but a lady stepped in and said don’t worry I will fix it and take great care of you. So far this is the best nail salon I have found since moving to Texas a year ago! I had a full set done at another nail salon and they looked worse then press on nails you buy from Sally's, just awful. They were miss shaped, uneven, just done very poorly. I walked into VIP Lounge Nailspa and was very happy, it is very clean and the staff was very friendly!! I got an other full new set but they look amazing!! I will be back for a full and pedi!Went today for a fill and a pedi, absolutely amazing yet again!! The green tea/ hot stone pedi was great!! My feet feel and look great!!
