Just stopped in today and had a first-time curl cut with Angelica-it was my first time back at ANY salon in a loooong while (people never know how to deal with my curls!). Angelica did a great job! I very much appreciate being taught HOW to care for my hair and not just having it treated. The staff are very laid back, understanding and sensitive, fun, and they really know what they're doing! I had been going here for a year or so, but most of the staff are NOT FRIENDLY and they rush to get my nails done so they can move on the next person. They also didn't honor the discount card they gave me. There are LOTS of other nail salons, so be friendly and honor your discount card if you want to stay in business. I will not be going back. Went here yesterday and got the first time package and a color. Angelica worked her magic! My curls are bouncy, super moisturized, and so fresh OMG I love my new 'do ❤️ Angelica was very professional, listened to my concerns (I have a severe contact allergy)/questions, and was extremely helpful in educating me on my curly routine and DevaCurl products. I came in to get a manicure and just asking if they could give me a little tip to make them look a little longer and they were so rude to me telling "um no we don't do that" they started laughing at me.. I told them my cousin does it all the time with y'all and the came and grabbed my hand and said no we only do dip or gel and I said I don't like either I just want manicure and the lady was laughing and laughing at me I felt so disrespect I took my hand from the man and started walking out and they were still yelling at me while I was walking out saying oh you can leave girl because we don't do that. Angelica worked magic on my hair today. I recently had lower lumbar back surgery and I haven't had a proper haircut in 10 months. My hair was over processed and damaged from the last salon I went too, so I was really nervous to try a new place. Let me just say that she made me comfortable and helped me around. And my hair is shiny and full of life again. I have fine, straight hair and it has been brittle and dry for months. She gave me a wash and a cut and some great product. Went in and was skeptical thinking it might be a female only salon. Was greeted with a cookie and a smile. My simple cut was done in no time and it looked amazing. After I was educated a little more about the place I was impressed. I discovered this is not just a salon. ZERO STARS!!😡 CALLED THE POLICE ON ME, NOT MY FAULT THAT THEIR TERRIBLE AT DOING NAILS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! 😡 Went to get my nails done, and the lady kept messing them up, being extremely rough and when I'd ask her to adjust things that I didn't like, I'd get huffed and puffed at. So, I tried my best to let it go, and "enjoy" my time there! Once, she was "done" and I was extremely displeased with the way they looked, nails were uneven, you could see spots that weren't painted, just extremely unprofessional. So, I told the lady since I was displeased with the service, I don't want to pay, she said, "okay, that's fine". I leave go home and remove them, a few days later, I GET A CALL FROM A DETECTIVE BECAUSE, I DIDN'T PAY FOR MY NAILS!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!? Came to get a pedicure on the advise of a co-worker.  I won't be back.   I get pedicures for the relaxation but this pedicure was not relaxing at all.  The end result was fine, neat polish, etc.  but the pedicure was rushed and very abrasive. The gentleman doing my pedicure seemed to be in a great hurry.  Even though it was right after opening and not crowded at all.  There were three other staff members who could have handled anyone else who came in.  He was hurting my feet he was so rough in his rush.  The other women staff members were offering customers drinks and warm towels but not him, he was just plowing through trying to get done.  He even set a timer.  I have never had a pedicure where I was on the clock. I used to love this place but sadly I won't be back.  I'm not one to give places bad reviews because I totally understand things may not go as planned all the time.  I went in for a nice and relaxing Mani and came out with my cuticles burnt and bleeding and I don't mean just a bit but one one my nails was bleeding for hours. The nail tech knew she had removed way too much on my cuticles and she when said it too but still continued to hack away at what was now the top of my finger. Read Less

I have to admit, I was VERY hesitant (took months to make an appointment!) and afterwards I was still unsure. The cut really got to shine the first time I washed/styled my hair...it's great! You super curly girls...know how quickly your hair can get all knotty and impossible to untangle? Not any more! This has by far been my most favorite discovery! It's so much easier to style my hair now and even when it feels like it's a messy disaster, the mirror tells me otherwise. ... That's the power of a great cut! I've been twice now. The first time was for me - Jordan cut my 3B/C hair. The second time was for my niece - Jen Fowler cut her 4A/B hair. Both were fantastic; they explain everything they are doing, teach you how you should be washing/conditioner/untangling your hair, make you feel really comfortable, try to get to know you and don't pressure you into getting any of the DevaCurl products. I do wish the cuts were just a little less expensive, but I'm incredibly happy with the results and will most definitely be going back. This place is close to home and OH so clean. I love a nice, new, clean nail salon. Very relaxing. Offered me drink. Reasonable prices and plenty of pedicure choices. We didn't have to wait long, but I think we got here just in time. It did get busy after 6 on a Wednesday. Read Less

The gentlemen who did my nails was so rough and blamed it on my cuticles. Never had this complaint before. He made 4 of my nails bleed and ruined the cuticle. Getting married in 6 weeks. Hoping it heals by then! He then charged me $31 for a shellac. So overpriced as well. Never going back. Read Less

This place is so close to my house and I love that I have a standing two week appointment with Andy who is totally awesome!  Nice place and reasonable prices. Andy works so hard on my feet and his massage is out of this world!  Best ever!  They offer foot massage and all nail services.  They use real ingredients in their pedicures.  My favorite is the tropical Pedi with real fruit!
