I’m upset. I have been coming here for months and months. $15 fill plus $15 extra for Gel polish. I’ve been paying that for MONTHS. Then out of the blue it’s $40? Why? I have been looking for a good nail salon around our new place for a while. I went here on a Saturday afternoon and was very happy. My nails are great, and the two nail technicians that attended me were kind and helpful (Li and Mia.) My dip-nail job is great, and my pedicure got a little messed when I tried to get into my car. I went back to ask if they could fix it for me, and they did free of charge. I was a bit embarrassed, but they were very kind about it and fixed it quickly. Excellent service in a lush and elegant surrounding. Chandeliers and softly flowing wall of fountain. Their tools are sterilized and they are impressive professionals. They seat you and ask if you would like something to drink....you have your choice of bottled water...wine...or a frozen margaritas. Love this place! Been going there for five years. Read Less

This was my second time and I will not be back or a third. My initial visit was pleasant enough, however my gel pedicure began to change colors, as if the curing process wasn't completed. My second visit, my work was completed by  a different nail technician, with a different gel polish this time. I was hoping for better results. I did not receive better treatment, in fact thanks to my second visit, I now have a bloody cuticles and I am praying that they do not get infected. The technician I had was so engulfed in the conversations she was having with the ladies that were passing to and from in-front of us, that she didn't notice she was filing my cuticle in half. By the time she realized I was moving my foot away not because it tickled, but because she was causing me harm. She simply said,"Oh sorry." and pressed down on for a half second. I can see the areas on my toenails where she applied only thin coats and nails where she applied a thick generous coat. For the price I paid I expected a clean, professional gel pedicure. Read Less

BEWARE. This place does not meet health regulations whatsoever and I don't know how they a passed health inspection. They bring the tools out to you in a plastic ziplock bag and do not sanitize properly (she washed the sponge she exfoliated my feet with in the water that my feet were soaking in). They gave me a nasty infection that went all the way to the top of my toe by cutting the sides of my nails and ripping my skin back causing an open cut. I could barely walk on my foot the next day and was ready to cut my toe off it hurt so badly. Read Less

Wow. I would've thought twice before coming here if I had read the reviews first. But I'm willing to give them a chance. Such a great convenient location. I do like the fact that they offer an organic pedicure. I haven't seen that option at other places. First negative was the water temp. Barely lukewarm. Soaking in that for 15 min is not enjoyable. I did ask her to warm it up after a while.  More cold water was poured into the tub. Drain. Start over. 3rd time got it right. Presentation of the lotions and salts and fruits was very pretty. Very cute smile.Other than the initial water temperature I really cannot find any fault with this place. it's very nicely decorated and therefore I have to give it at least four stars. The wait at this place is crazy on the weekends. Sometimes I get great service, but other times (like today) it's low quality. My daughter got acrylics and the guy cut her several times and her nails are too thick. I got a basic pedicure and the girl doing mine didn't file my toe nails or paint the edges/tips. If I wanted 1/2 done toe nails I would've painted them myself. My niece, on the other hand, got get nails and a pedicure and they both look great. So it's really inconsistent. I also had to ask for a glass of wine when they moved me to the UV light table at the end, no beverage was offered during my pedicure or my daughters and nieces manicures. When I checked out, the manager guy told me my total. I thought he said "$150" but it sounded too high so I didn't give him my credit card. He started talking to people around us so I just stood there for a a few minutes. When he realized I was standing there he just said "what?" (Now granted, there is probably a language barrier. But still didn't feel nice.) Finally, when I told him the tip amount he said "that's all?"  So I took the opportunity to show him my toes and my daughters nails and he said to have a seat and he would have someone fix them. I declined, because we had already been there almost 2 hours. If we go there again, I would make sure it's not on the weekend when they are slammed and don't care about quality. Read Less

Horrible nail shop.  Manager THOMAS VAN sat back and did nothing while his employee drill directly into my Nail. I asked her to stop it burned,  she continue until it bled. I jumped up in outrage as I asked for the manager he pretended not to speak English.  Until I heard him speak to a returning customer who came in afterwards. I've been here numerous times and they do a great job. But if I'm going to have to wait more than about 10 minutes for a pedi, please let me know when I walk in. Let ME decide if I want to wait. Don't make me sit with my feet in water for 25 minutes until I finally get pissed enough to leave. And telling me "right now right now" when I get up to leave, when there is clearly no staff available to start on me, does not help the situation. You lost a customer today. If you had been honest when I walked in, I WOULD have come back. Read Less

I will never go back to this place again. Yeah it's all nice on the inside...a waste of $78.00. I got a spa pedicure and gel nail polish manicure. My daughter got gel polish. First of all the pedicure was a weak one. I asked her to match my gel color to a regular polish. When I got outside it didn't match at all. My manicure diamond stone popped off within 2 hours later. My nail broke off and peeled all the way back . I went on with strong nails and whatever she did made my nails weak and soft. Plus she made my daughter nail too short. I'm not pleased. It's no use arguing with them. The owner and staff seem like they are satisfied with there work. Ugh. I'm glad I didn't leave no tip. What a waste of time and money! So not pleased i rate this no stars. So I only did one cause I couldn't figure out how not to give no stars!!!! Unsatisfactory!!! Read Less

I wasnt super impressed. They were slow when i can in and yet i sat soaking my feet for  20 min before anyone came over. By the time they got to my pedicure i had been soaking my feet in cold water for a while. Then the lady looked mad when i had to pick   a basic pedi (30min) vs a deluxe (50 min. , which is what i wanted). Time is money. When i asked why it was taking so long she got definsive and started taking in another language. So for $30  and no base coat,  no top coat and a wasted extra 30 min  I'd say I'll be going somewhere else next time. You live you learn. . Read Less

I would like to say I went to fancy nails before it was a huge place with a million workers and it used to be amazing. However now that it turned into a much bigger salon I am less impressed. The last time I went in I constantly felt like the women were talking about me in their native language. They did a terrible job on my shellac nails and she was rushing through the entire process. Got a manicure and a pedicure less then a week ago. First she cut my finger during my manicure and totally "forgot" to do my massage. Once she remembered she did it for under a minute. My gel polish usually stays on 2 even 3 weeks. It's been less then a week and its already got 3 nails messed up. Will not be back. Read Less

I had a deluxe spa pedicure and was burnt with a hot towel and the technician was very rough during the service. My feet hurt today and are very sensitive. I have never had this happen at any spa before. I will not be going back. Read Less

The only reason I come to this place is because of my wonderful manicurist Vivian.  Other than that I wouldn't be at this spa.  The staffs there are pretty noisy and loud.  They're always screaming across the room asking for things or either gossiping.  I like to go to a place where it's quiet and relaxing where I can have some peace.  Other than the staffs the spa is pretty nice looking and the decor looks updated as well.  The spa always have techicians on staff so you really don't have to wait long for one if you don't have one in mind.  They also serve drinks & wine if you like to have some.  Other then the noise and the screaming it's a okay place to run in for a quick mani or pedi. Do not go to this nail spa! I started going to Fancy's and used several technicians, until I found one that was really terrific. I asked to make an appointment with her for the next fill, and was repeatedly told that I couldn't make appointments and would have to take "who ever was next" I took the technicians cell number and would call her directly to find out when it was 'safe' to come in....when I would get there the owner, tracy would give me a very hard time, about my wanting this great technician.I even took some friends with me to have a pedicure party and we were told we couldn't sit together. I gave up fighting with the owners after 2 years going there. A visit at a spa should be relaxing and enjoyable--not a confortational situation. Read Less

The surrounding is so beautiful and relaxing, however i was disappoint in the work they did on my solar set.I went here 2 times and had different ladies that worked on mine, one mange to file into my skin (which hurted like hell). The pricing is way over priced a solar set is about 37 to 40, while the fill is around 32 to 40 itself! This place was way overpriced when compare to the other places that I've been too...wouldn't recommend! Read Less
