Asked them to put tips on my nails and the guy got upset and told me I should never put tips on. My real nails are 1000% stronger than fake nails. I got dip and I have always had tips put on. When he did and asked me how long I told him how long and he said I should have stayed with my real nails. I told him I can paint my nails at home if I didn’t want to get tips. He put the tips on but didn’t file the tips to make it even with my base. I went to pay and it’s $45 because I got tips put on. If you get no tip it’s $35. I will never go back. I went in to get dip nails. I always get them. The guy didn't want to put tips on me. Kept telling me he didn't recommend me to cut my real nails. But he put tips on. He didn't file them down at all. I'm very picky about where I go and who does my nails but this place by far has been the best. I only go to one nail tech Kim my nails usually start lifting after two weeks I've went four weeks after getting my nails done here without a fill in. Everyone is always nice and if your a regular they know you by name. I use to live right down the street but now I'm near the airport but will drive just to keep getting my nails feet and eyebrows done here. Read Less

Most of the people that work there are very kind. The owner, however is extremely rude. Upon pointing out the issue, owner tried to tell me that my daughters nails looked good when clearly they were (with exception of two) flawed.  Also, daughter asked for maroon "dip" and they were brown. I love going to "Tunique". The staff are all so friendly and chat with you while you are having your nails 'beautified'. I love the decor and it's so spotlessly clean. I came here today to get a quick pedi and my nails done.. service was good, they are all very nice but they kept asking if I wanted to do more expensive services.. after I had said no many times.. so that was pretty annoying.. Also the lady cut my finger!!! & she was rough with the file!!!! Honestly they did do a good job with my pedi but my nails were layered way to thick with the powder! I will not be going back to them! Second time going to get my nails done here. First time wasn't too bad. The lady who did them the first time was in a hurry and made them way to thin. My nails chipped the first week. First time going here and basic gel fill with a color change.. very slow, took forever. Within 5 hours the gel started peeling on 2 nails.. I went in and was told it was from the oil on my face. I won some gift cards at a local fundraiser, and when I tried to use them , the lady behind the counter said they were no longer any good. I had a 20 dollar gift certificate, was going to get the great expensive Peri for myself, a small Peri for my 7year old daughter, and a chin and eyebrow wax. She was very rude and told me if I got the big pedicure she would take off 5 dollars. For all that I was getting she could have done way better than that. I Don't recommend this place. Read Less

Terrible. My nail technician cut my toe, leg massage did not last as long as advertised, wax wasn't cleanly removed from my toenails and the technician just painted over the wax so the polish rubbed right off when I got home, and the technician made sure to ask for a tip in cash only. Read Less
