Too long of wait. Communication was difficult, not because of the accents but because theybdont seem to comprehend that a man would want a mani/pedi. They rushed thru the service. Very disappointed in the quality of my pedicure & manicure. Barely even painted my whole nail on some of them. Acrylics uneven & some are lumpy. Not worth the money. Customer service isn’t too great either. Automatically offered shellac options that were of course double the price. Probably won’t return. Read Less

Horrible work done. So dirty it felt like there was molasis stuck everywhere on my hands and the techs. The nails are dull, not fully covered, round on one side straight on other side of each nail. Cant even file the nails evenly. Went crazy with the machienes and burnt my nails. I think a three year old could have done better for the money i payed!!! Read Less

I went here to get a polish change due to getting a bad ombre in San Antonio. The lady(owner) did not take off my top coat. So when she put polish on top of the shellac top coat, the polish wrinkled....I showed it to her and he put more top coat and asked for me to get under the light..... What a disappointment that because I didn't do a shellac nail polish change, she didn't care about me. I only do my nails here when I'm In desperate need. I'm realizing that I don't care how desperate I am I refuse to spend another dime here! They do a very sloppy job at painting toes, I can do better than most of them in there. I'm very disappointed. Never again. Took a long time to get attended to. The lady kept getting up and leaving and never really did my nails. Waited 45 minutes on the chair (I was getting pedicure and they didn't have customers) when she finally started working on my nails. The lady was very nice, but should be attentive to the customer she is with. At one point, she got up and started working on another customer. I'll come back only if it's the only place that's open or has less people. Other than that I won't come back. Read Less

I try not to go here unless I have no choice but today I walked in and asked to get a set and pedicure and the receptionist said "we'll do u want to ask him if he has time to do yours?" WTF? i had an appointment for 11 am i got there 10 min early and they didn't show up until 12:15pm. At first i was upset but as soon as Lilly starts working on my nails she makes good conversation and is gentle with me and continually makes sure I'm satisfied with her work. she did an amazing job on my nails i was so in love. you must go here, i live 45 min away and i still would rather go here than anywhere else 5 min away. I've been here several times with mixed results. The pedicures have always been fine. But the manicures have varied wildly. The last time I got my nails dipped and the experience has left me with no desire to return. The dipping color selection is minimal, only about 10 colors and more are not classic, but glitter or colors like green. The woman who did my nails must have been the manager or owner. She consistently got up to serve people coming in. They seem to try to take on every single walk-in client whether or not they can really serve them. I suppose this community is mostly comprised of walk-ins. Since my chair was set in the path between the entrance and the color selection I was bumped into constantly. The atmosphere was loud and constantly having to move was annoying. But also the manicure was terrible. It didn't even last a week for dipped nails, which for me usually lasts for three (until mine grow out not because of chipping). These were chipping by the week's end. It was also streaky and uneven. A much needed pedicure on a Saturday! Arrived at 10:30 had to wait a little while-salon already had customers.  Service is quick  and friendly. Prices are competitive with other salons. Free Wfi and a massage chair! Asked if I wanted something to drink 2x. Happy to have a nail salon close by! Read Less
