Dipping powder colors had to be chosen from jar, very difficult to choose color. Employees were not friendly, she cut my cuticle and didn't say a thing about it or clean the wound. My nail chipped after less than 24 hours with out doing anything that would've caused a chip. Would not go back! Read Less

I will never return to this establishment! Went in for a gel manicure when I got home they immediately started coming off so I went in the same night they said they would redo them and refund my money. All they did was remove them and send me on my way with no new polish. When I complained the manager laughed in my face. This place is terrible and I would not recommend it to anyone! Read Less

I have been getting my nails done since the late 70's . I have been to every salon in Columbus. From the high end "My Nails" to the malls and every nail salon all over town. I have been going to VIP Nails now for year and I must tell you that I have NEVER been treated with such kindness from everyone that works there. All the girls have done my nails and they are all equally professional and my nails ALWAYS look beautiful if I do say so myself. They don't hurry you out like others do and they are so accommodating. I will never stray from VIP nails. The owner has treated me like a friend from the beginning making it an enjoyable experience every time. You will love it. I always leave smiling. Wish I had read the reviews before I decide to take my sister and myself in for mani/pedi my sisters nail started peeling off the next day. She went in to ask for them to repair and they said she needed to pay for the expensive one if she wanted it to last what a joke!! 8/8/2015 Read Less

Went in here with some friends for Mani/pedi. With pedi they charged $5 extra for 'callous removal'. I grudgingly agreed, after all, isn't that the point of a pedi & I was already there. I figured for extra they'd do a great job. Nah, they didn't do much of anything but they had me pay first to not 'mess up my nails after' (not that I could've made my complaint heard, no one understood much English at all). The manicures were poor across the board, they didn't trim or shape the nails or cuticles much at all. Only plus is the building is nice. Read Less
