I use to love this place, they alway did awesome on my pedicures. But these past few times I’ve gone they did awful. The lady’s name was Lili and she was scraping my toenail and stabbed my toe and I jumped and yelled Ow! But she just kept on doing it and didn’t bother to stop or see if I was ok and she also cut open one of my other toes. She didn’t even wipe all of the wax off of my toes therefore all of my polish came off before I even got back home! I also asked her to put diamonds on my toenails and she laughed at me and lied and said she didn’t know how, so I asked another lady to do it and she told Lili to do it, and she did it like she’s been doing it for years yet she still lied to me because she didn’t want to. I liked this place. It's a bit of a drive from where I live but I liked the atmosphere plus they serve drinks, which is nice for occasions or just for a Thursday . I have been a total of 10 times and i always left feeling great, although prior to my recent visit I was unhappy with how uneven my thumbs were in comparison to my other fingers but it was only noticeable to my eyes, so I let it go. But my problem was with my recent visit, I opted to get the acrylic white tip since I had gotten bored with shellac on fake nails. All in all it looks good.... from a distance but up close you can see bubbling, what looks to me as possible debris from the sanding and on my thumbs, you can visibly see my real nail and it looks like the fake tip was pulled up from my nail to reveal the under nail. When I asked why it looked this way, like 3 of the nail techs decided to examine my nails and then I got some excuse that the tip doesn't fully follow the curve of the nail which is why it looks like that. Ummm no, I always got the white tip before I started doing shellac and it NEVER looked like this. I already had enough and was becoming impatient as I'm diabetic and I felt clammy so I just wanted to leave before I became anymore frustrated. Before I left, it was recommended that I do dip and then it would have looked better.Umm no. I'm not going to spend 15 dollars more on a style I don't like. I don't like the dip. I spent close too 100 dollars, that included two pedis, one for myself and my grandmother and 30 for the nails. The tech didn't even give my grandmother her manicure which she said she didn't want after how my nails looked.  I won't be back due to the excuses and just the overall let down I received this time around. Charged me double on my card. I called and went in to "get my money back put onto my debit card", still never saw that money. They stole from me so if you use a debit card make sure you double check the amount with your bank.Went in to get my eye brows waxed and felt like cattle. I went to get the dip nail removed and to get a basic nail polish on my own nails. They had me soak my fingers in nail polish remover and was told to remove the dip myself by rubbing the cotton ball on it. I did as I was told and they had me waiting for what seemed forever. I got up to ask how much I owe pay for removing the dip myself. The husband and wife that own the shop spoke in their language and not one apology was given and still paid $5 to do the work myself and they took my money gladly. I won't be going back ! Read Less

Not even 1 star! I've never felt so pressured and definitely feel ripped off. I asked for a basic pedi, the lady conned me into getting some extra things like some lavender crap. I felt like a spectacle because just like in the videos where they talk about "crystal gel" and "that's why you got no girlfriend" video I felt pressured to get whatever she was offering. That's not even it however, I wanted crystal gel or how they call it here the "shelack" she once again had me do some powered  polish procedure and the whole process wasn't even relaxing because of the way she was handling my hands and feet. To make a long story short what should've been a $75 treatment turned into $140??? I was so upset and when I asked her why it as so much she said "I told you it was gonna be more money??" Most painful manicure of my life. So disappointed. Thought this would be my new go to place after being recommended. Non of my nails are even, the nail tech scraped my skin multiple times, constantly dug her nails into my skin so painfully, and drilled the skin under my nail so bad. Have been getting my nails done there for over a year, and love them. I went with Solar, because I like to do French manicure style, but with colored tips. They are more than willing to let me play with colors and shapes. Highly recommended. Read Less

The entire staff is so nice and accommodating! Tommy did my nails, and Stacy did my toes. Both were meticulous; and I have to say I had the best mani/pedi I've ever had in 15 years of nail salons! No pressure to do extras, honest and forthright about the cost and took the time to make my nails perfect! I will be back and am telling all of my friends. You guys are awesome! I have been getting my nails done for years all over the country and I have never been so impressed! I had gone to another salon and they jacked them up I mean a 5 year old could have done them better. I came here on a whim and I'm so happy I did. Without replacing a single nail they transformed my acrylics from what nails would look like on drugs to honors student going to Princeton. I will definitely be going back! Read Less

I was very disappointed with this place because my daughter brought me here for a pedi, funny thing, I was the last one to get seated....well, you can't say I don't give second chances...yes, I did...I returned for a second time... with my youngest daughter and her friend...Wahoo!!! I was the first one to get seated and the last one to get worked on....both times the employees were not friendly at all....uhm, if you don't like your job, work somewhere else...we pay you a pretty penny for pampering services...will not visit nor recommend!!! While the people at the salon seem to be friendly, the quality of work is lacking. I went in 3 weeks ago for a pedi and again this past Sunday. Again, the gal was very nice but didn't chat with me at all, didn't ask me what kind of pedi I wanted and didn't use a pumice on my feet at all. (Note, last time I was there I got the hot stones and while the gal burned me and herself because she made them too hot, I really enjoyed them and would have done so again, but...). Anywa...y, I just didn't feel that my pedi on Sunday was good at all...no calluses removed and lots of roughage left around the heels. Normally, just after a pedi my feet feel so smooth, but not this time. I debated for 2 days whether to call and talk with them about going back in for resolution and I finally decided yesterday (Tuesday) to do so. Cinda answered the phone and was immediately on the defense letting me know that they "would not refund my money". That is not what I wanted, but nor did she say "I'm sorry about that, please come in and let us make it right". I am disappointed with this salon and will report to the BBB and the Ohio Attorney Generals office. As consumers, we are entitled to better business practices if not, at least, common courtesy.
