This is my favorite nail salon to go to, I've gotten my nails done by Katie and Jeremy and both of them do a fantastic job. The customer service is great, we always have good conversation while they do my nails. The last time I went, I showed Jeremy a picture of what I wanted and he did them better than what I expected! I just went in to get a pedicure for a wedding I'm attending tonight and my toes now look awful. The man that did them cut my big toe nail way WAY to short and the top of the nail is also ridged. On all of my other toe nails the paint is uneven and there is little pieces on my sink. Very dissatisfied and will not be coming back. Read Less

Service is good, my manicure is nice and neat. However I feel like the lady that helped me is not a licensed cosmetologist, she didn't exactly know how to do nail design. The attached picture shows"expectation vs. reality", and the top image is what I got as a result. Not even close. I thought charging $40 is a bit much for this quality of work, especially considering that an extra charge was added for "design" of one of my nails. This is my first time writing a review but a couple of the workers were not friendly. The lady with the tatto on her arm appeared angry and rushed through the pedicure. She did not smile not once . I left out with glitter and glue from my old dip all on my hands. The guy doing my daughter pedicure kept leaving her and not explaining why. The towel in her legs got extremely cold so she asked someone else to remove them. After it was all over they didn't say thank you, come again, or a simple bye. Was a good experience at first. Good customer service. But when the lady started cutting my cuticles for my pedicure she kept cutting way too much and ended up like pulling out part of my skin on the corner of my toe and now my big toe is puffing terrible on the side and looks like it may be getting infected. This place is a bit over priced and I noticed that they rush when doing your nails, I don't like that. The hand massages they give are nice but the price isn't worth it too me. I believe a manicure should last for a couple days at least, it didn't take long for my nails to chip. Read Less

Do not waste your time and money here! I am getting my bridal photos done today so I stopped in to get a manicure and French tips. I immediately got a chair and had to wait (as expected for being a walk-in). Waited maybe 15-20 minutes before some one got to me and AFTER they started helping a walk-in who had just walked in. The lady got started and, before she got too far, asked for me to go ahead and pay. Which is fine so that I won't have to dig in to my purse after she was... done. She brought my card and receipt back and I set it to the side to fill out when she was done. She asked me to go ahead and sign so I did. But then told me to fill out the tip BEFORE continuing. I said I would do it after and she chucked (you don't tip a waiter before they wait on you). The hangnails and cuticles on my hands are horrendous because of working with my hands a lot for my job. She immediately started painting and said I had to get a manicure if I wanted those fixed. I originally asked for a manicure but since I had already paid there wasn't much I could do. Finally, she sent me to dry and instead of giving my friend my card she took it upon herself to open my wallet and put my card in there on her own pulling away from my friend who tried to reach to do it for her. She even took my receipt so I couldn't even finish filling out a tip. I paid $10 and that better be all that goes through on my account! (Please don't judge my fingernails when photos are released! Was in D&B for 2 hours to get a set of acrylics on my nails. One guy was doing three girls' nails at one time, including mine. Her forgot to put on the top layer of the girl in front of me and realized it as she was about to walk out of the store. My nails look horrible and messy, my friend had her nails done by someone who didn't speak English and gave her the wrong type of manicure. Would not recommend going here if you want your nails to look good!! Read Less

It's extremely hard to find a good nail salon no matter where you are but this one really exceeds expectation! They took their time and I didn't feel like I was being rushed. They have adequate staffing so that when it became full half way through my visit there still was no wait time. The only downfall I noticed was that they don't have barrier covers for their pedicure tubs. Great place! Read Less

My favorite nail shop! It is big, lots of people work there so waiting is never long. They have lots of massage chairs. It feels awesome. The manicurists are very skilled with designs and they can pretty much create anything you ask of them. It is clean, lots of colors, and everyone is nice and always remembers you. AMAZING!! I highly recommend. I had been trying salon after salon and was NOT happy with any of them. I am so happy that I found this place. I called on a Friday around noon to see if they were busy and they said to come on in. I showed up and was immediately seated. The spa is very nice and clean and very modern.
