I like this nail salon because it is run by a husband/wife. They work quickly and efficiently. They are quietly friendly and dont play on their phones/computers. Occasionally their young daughters are there and help with cleaning, bring customers beverages or color palettes and check customers out. Very clean salon and not crowded. Waxing, manicures, pedicures. Might want to check them out!!!

Being new to the city I luckily found Chic Nails where Andy gives a great pedicure. The establishment is clean and professional and my toes look great !

This was the worst place I have been to. I learned my lesson! He didn't listen when I told him one nail was too short, I swear I could have done a better job buying the supplies myself! I wanted oval ...
This was the worst place I have been to. I learned my lesson! He didn't listen when I told him one nail was too short, I swear I could have done a better job buying the supplies myself! I wanted oval shaped and I ended up with 4 nails slightly pointing left. My nails looked so bad! DON'T waste your time and money here!

I'm looking for a good nail salon where I can do my nails regularly. Andy was friendly, and took great care of my nails. I was not rushed, and I am VERY happy with the way my nails look. The salon is clean, and I plan on returning for a pedicure. I dropped a star because of the prices. My acrylic fill with gel polish was $40, which will be a steep price for me to do every 2 weeks, so I may have to find a more affordable place for that purpose.

Haven't seen a recent review for this nail salon but this is my second time going and I love it! I'm from out of town and needed a new nail place and this is it for me! 30 for gel manicure and Kay is amazing! She is very meticulous and even repaired a broken nail I had. She takes her time and wants your nails to look perfect and they do!

I had bookmarked this place to try it out as I am dissatisfied with the current nail salon I had been going to. It was not busy so I just walked in and I had asked to have my nails soaked off which usually takes a little while but it's worth it. The man is quite friendly, the lady with the snarl, not so much.Well, the guy started by clipping the tips of the nails off then tried to pry the acrylic off with another nail and it was slightly discomfortable. I didn't understand what rush there was because I was LITERALLY the only person there. Although it was little to no pain, it caused one of my nails to bleed.I had intended on getting a new set in place of those but I just didn't want to endure anymore discomfort so I finished out with a regular manicure. Overall it was less than $20 and should decently last until I try a new place next week.

Walked into this place with my kids to get nails done. My grand dtr was gna get her nails polished and went to pick out her color when the lady yelled at her and she dropped the polish. The lady kept yelling at my grand dtr even though we offered to pay for the polish. I will never go there again.

I walked in to get a color change and I was met by a woman who was very rude and impatient. I felt rushed to pick a color and when I asked if I could get help to match a color she said that they didn't have the color before she even looked. I will never step foot in this place again and I wouldn't recommend anyone else should either. I wanted to give then zero stars but 1 is the lowest.

Best nail salon in Lubbock. Prices are extremely reasonable. I love my nails really long and in the ballerina shape and a lot of places rush and do a crappy job of shaping them. Not here. My nails have never looked better. I am completely obsessed. Can't wait to go back to get a fill in a few weeks. You will not regret your visit here.

I like this nail salon because it is run by a husband/wife. They work quickly and efficiently. They are quietly friendly and dont play on their phones/computers. Occasionally their young daughters are there and help with cleaning, bring customers beverages or color palettes and check customers out. Very clean salon and not crowded. Waxing, manicures, pedicures. Might want to check them out!!!

I wanted oval shaped and I ended up with 4 nails slightly pointing left. My nails looked so bad! DON'T waste your time and money here!

I'm looking for a good nail salon where I can do my nails regularly. Andy was friendly, and took great care of my nails. I was not rushed, and I am VERY happy with the way my nails look. The salon is clean, and I plan on returning for a pedicure. I dropped a star because of the prices. My acrylic fill with gel polish was $40, which will be a steep price for me to do every 2 weeks, so I may have to find a more affordable place for that purpose.

Haven't seen a recent review for this nail salon but this is my second time going and I love it! I'm from out of town and needed a new nail place and this is it for me! 30 for gel manicure and Kay is amazing! She is very meticulous and even repaired a broken nail I had. I had bookmarked this place to try it out as I am dissatisfied with the current nail salon I had been going to. It was not busy so I just walked in and I had asked to have my nails soaked off which usually takes a little while but it's worth it. The man is quite friendly, the lady with the snarl, not so much.Well, the guy started by clipping the tips of the nails off then tried to pry the acrylic off with another nail and it was slightly discomfortable. I didn't understand what rush there was because I was LITERALLY the only person there. Although it was little to no pain, it caused one of my nails to bleed.I had intended on getting a new set in place of those but I just didn't want to endure anymore discomfort so I finished out with a regular manicure. Overall it was less than $20 and should decently last until I try a new place next week.

Best nail salon in Lubbock. Prices are extremely reasonable. I love my nails really long and in the ballerina shape and a lot of places rush and do a crappy job of shaping them. Not here. My nails have never looked better. I am completely obsessed. Can't wait to go back to get a fill in a few weeks. You will not regret your visit here.
