I have been going to Cathys for 2 years Always had the best stylist, Michelle. She was excellent I have fine hair and it's hard to manage for me I wanted a change and went from long to semi-short hair It looked great I was very happy with it The first time I went to see Michelle, she sat me down in her chair and studied my hair for texture etc and studied the picture I brought tto see if the cut would work with my hair type 3 weeks ago I went back for a "trim" Michelle had moved away so a very young arrogant girl took me straight to the wash station She didn't see what I was wanting done and didn't listen to me Her name is Lindsey When she was done with my "trim" I literally had no hair She kept cutting and ignored my protests She did not style it for me There was nothing left to style I have been going to work and going right back home People make fun of my hair I finally bought a wig and even wear it to bed I will not go back there ever again Beware of Lindsey She should be reported to the board of cosmetology!!

It was the worst experience I've ever had! Came in with my daughter to get mani/pedis the day before my wedding, and when they took us back for the pedis, they wouldn't let my daughter get the foot soak nor would they let her get more than one color. Then they acted in a hurry, We waited over an hour to be called for our manicures, (mind you, it's the day of my rehearsal dinner) in which they said they didn't know we wanted that too. (Specifically requested on sign in sheet) and then they overcharged and left terrible air bubbles in my nails and bare spots, and refused to do what I wanted. I'll never recommend nor return there.

That's why I make an appointment and not just walk in also water was not not hot and 15 minutes later just plain cold. Used to come here all the time but place has gone downhill past few times won't be back.

I've been coming to Cathy's for a year now. I am blonde and get highlights, lowlights, a cut and the BEST blow outs I've ever received for a very reasonable price. I've lived in expensive cities in FL...
I've been coming to Cathy's for a year now. I am blonde and get highlights, lowlights, a cut and the BEST blow outs I've ever received for a very reasonable price. I've lived in expensive cities in FL and CA and get the same high-end salon experience for a portion of the price. My highlights are always done very well and close to the roots. I've never left disappointed :). And again, the blow outs!
In addition, Cathy's Clippers is open on Saturdays! Huge perk for me as I'm a stay at home mom with no family here to watch my son and have to schedule on weekends when my husband is home. Although the salon is in constant motion with a busy atmosphere, I've never had trouble scheduling last minute.
Last perk is the interior of the salon is eye candy for those who appreciated good design!

I have never been there but after their "customer service" over the phone I have decided I never will go there! I called and spoke to Marilyn and was trying to schedule a blow out for me and 2 other girls. She was supposed to have someone call us back the next morning to see if we could all get in at the same time. Not only did I not get a call but when I called back I talked to the same lady who come to find out after telling me we were all scheduled I found out we were not and could not get in at the same time. She got flustered with me and after she supposedly scheduled me this time then she just hung up. I work in customer service and would NEVER just hang up one someone after they scheduled with me! Needless to say I found somewhere else that we can all go. When I tried to call back to cancel our appointments my call keeps getting ignored!

Had a rush day and needed a pedicure badly, but i needed to get in and out and did not have enough time to make an appointment. Called the Montage salon and owner Tracey made it available to take care of my daughters and myself for pedicures and nails. I sat down and Ms Tasha took care of my daughter why talking to me at the same time until soneone was able to do my pedicure, she was kind and so customer focus that she made me feel like a VIP. Then I was introduced to Ms Tia,... who made my legs and feet feel NEW...I was not feeling great coming into the shop, but left feeling terrific. I WILL BE COMING Back again. LOVED MONTAGE NAIL SALON. I would give my service 10 Stars. See More

She was suppose to give me all over highlights and cover my roots. I called her the next day and told her I m not happy at all with my hair. She said I will have to charge you again! It is so hard to find a good hairstyles !!! I am so upset after spending your hard earned money !! On something you didn't want black roots and orange hair!!!

Came in with my daughter to get mani/pedis the day before my wedding, and when they took us back for the pedis, they wouldn't let my daughter get the foot soak nor would they let her get more than one color. I've been coming to Cathy's for a year now. I am blonde and get highlights, lowlights, a cut and the BEST blow outs I've ever received for a very reasonable price.
