Third visit here. First time her was great! Second time just had enough time for a dip. But did a great job. I came back today for a milk and honey pedicure... the guy wrapped my legs with hot towels and went to smoke!!! I just moved here and think I will try another salon. Not a bad place to go. I will never go to this place again. They use to be good, and I guess if you are a regular they are good. I went to have my nails done for my wedding. Its been a week, and they are falling off. I had acrylic nails done, they charge $50 for them and they are falling off. I will never step foot back in there. The guy that did them was more worry about what was going on with his phone then what he was doing. If you are not a regular then don't bother with this place. Read Less

I am never disappointed when I get my nails done here. Everyone is very nice and they go above and beyond to do their best to give you everything you want. A friend recommended me here when I moved after having a not so great experience else where. I will not go anywhere else to get a service of any kind. They're very fair priced and worth every penny. Worst nail service experience in Lubbock so far. After being pushed to fill out some survey so they could win best nail place in Lubbock (on my first visit), I waited an 1.5 hours after having an appointment for a pedicure and manicure. I finally had to ask when I'd receive any service, such as even allowing my old gel to soak off, then after being seated for my nails to be done I just left because I'd been there for hours. No one ever noticed I was never seated or anything for my pedicure that I had even called ahead for. By far the worst service I've received in town! Read Less

I am new to Lubbock and Best Nail is the closest to my home. This was my 3rd visit and I came way less than happy. First two visits were fine but this time, not so!  I told the manicurist not to over use her electric grinder!  She simply would not listen!  Every nail hurts because of this. Last month I have the anniversary of my wedding day so I went Best Nails & Spa for made a mani. I absolutely loved this place. They welcomed me really warm. My nail technician was very young and very funny. They actually redid them before I even had a chance to notice or request it!This place is extremely clean and I like it very much. Usually I would get my nails done Best nails & Spa in Lubbock . That's really wonderful. Every employee was very accommodating, professional. This place was a great selection of shellac colors! The tools were also individually sealed in bags. Last time I have a shellac manicure it last for nearly 3 weeks! This salon is one of the best salons I've been to. I called the day before to make an appointment with Best nails & spa and they were able to accommodate me. They did an amazing job on my nail shape, colors and was quick. I have been to many salons in Lubbock that left me with asymmetrical coffin or almond shaped nails so many times that I don't even usually request the actual shape I want any longer until I visitted Best nails & spa which I can requested a shellac manicure and there were about 100 choices of polish, which is great. The nail staff was very nice and paid attention to every little detail, even asked me after shaping and applying the polish if I approved. I absolutely love my new set and will definitely be back!
