Was very impressed with my nails! Absolutely loved them. The service was pretty good, especially by Yahaira. The wait was a little longer than I had hoped, but we were walk-in customers, so that is to be expected. They were playing tv in the background, so that's always entertaining. Prices are extremely fair and the ladies working all seemed to be very talented.There was one lady who wasn't the nicest, but we weren't being directly served by her. The best nail salon I have ever been to. Choose this salon blindly for my wedding nails and could not be happier. Worked meticulously and paid attention to every detail. Judy was not rough and made sure my set was on correctly. Did not rush even though there were plenty of people waiting. Gave great suggestions when I was unsure of what I wanted.  Overheard other conversations of nail techs and know they produced the same work. This is the best place for a gel manicure hands down. I called on a Monday morning to see of they had availibilty. She said to come right in. I did and she spent a couple of minutes evaluating my nail. Iris is extremely professional and is very nice. She let me know about the deals for November and I chose a gel manicure, so the price was great. She took her time and gave me a pretty perfect manicure. I took an extremely focused photo 5 days out and it was still so pretty. I visit the RGV a few times a year from the east coast, but I will most definitely be stopping in every time. Read Less

These ladies do AWESOME work!!!  The shop is new, fairly small and super clean.   I've been here multiple times now and all four ladies I have dealt with - Norma, Audrey, Judy and Iris - were really careful and precise in their work and my manicures and pedicures lasted way longer than normal.  Their prices are great too!  I give them my highest recommendation!  Check them out! I drove 20 miles to Harlingen every 2 weeks for 6 years to get fills and a pedicure.  When the shop closed and the owners moved back to Houston, I was desolate.  THEN I FOUND NAILWORKS.  (Actually, three people at my bank referred me to them)They are right around the corner from the house and they do such a good job.  I see young people and not-so-young people getting their nails done here.  I still have the basic fills but Norma and her staff also do the new products and they are also talented with custom nail designs.  They are also fanatical about cleanliness.
