07-03-18 I went to USA Nails to get my nails done I was charged $30 for a crappy nail job. They weren't even straight they were slanted an crooked an bulky looking. I had polish under my fingers and all over my cuticle. I told her that I wasn't happy with them and I wanted them redone she began to fuss... what's the matter.... I sternly told her that they are uneven. I was so upset and beyond furious. She didn't take her time she rushed. I was in the chair for less than 15 minutes that's how quick she was done.... Save your MONEY!!!! DO NOT GO TOO THIS PLACE!!!! Unprofessional and disrespectful... I will never go back there again. I will definitely call the Better Business Bureau

The man doing my nails was not gentle at all, they came out crooked, and were filled very poorly which resulted in an ugly nail shape. My friend asked for acrylics which she never even received but was pushed to get shillac in a different color than what she asked for. The prices were outrageous!

Do not go there!!! Horrible overcharged prices!!! I went to get a fill on shellac how bout they charge me to take it off $20 then $18 for the fill total $38 mind u a full set is $45 🤷 TF!! All Mary Ann could say was it's hard to take off the polish; not my fault!! They want u to get shellac saying it's better so they can overcharge for the services. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING & I HOPE U DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!!

I really hate leaving places bad reviews, but I think people need to be warned about this place. They are over priced for the service you receive. I was cut to the point I was bleeding. It was not my skin or cuticle it was a cut in the middle of my nail. When the technician was grinding off my polish to do my fill he went way too deep and made a hole in my nail. I was very kind about it and tried not too make too big of a deal about it, but it really hurt. I understand accidents happen, but I never received an apology or a compensation on my bill another technician did take over for him though. I cringed as I watched her clean off someone else's skin from the pedicure equipment before using it on me. Her tools were not clean. The pedicure was fine, but she upgraded me without asking and the massage part was mediocre at best. She talked me into an eyebrow wax which was fine. I agreed to it, but then she put wax on my lip without asking. Two days later I still have a very bumpy upper lip. I would not recommend this place.

I didn't even want to give them 1 star. This place is horrible. First and last time to go here. They rushed my nails are not the same length, some are sharp, they got glue all over my fingers , the nails polish is horrible. The whole time the older one was doing my nails she was talking on her cell phone. Horrible customer service. Don't waste money if this place .

It was a quick visit and I probably will not come back. I got my eyebrows waxed and the job was uneven and she was really rough. She did not trim them either so I am going to have to let them grow back in and go somewhere else to get them reshape do and fixed. I have gotten my eyebrows waxed at many places and I would not recommend this one

My go to spot for eyebrows but do not get ur nails done here. Felt like I was manhandled and left with a bloody cuticle. She didn't disinfect instruments and didn't do proper blood borne precautions. ...
My go to spot for eyebrows but do not get ur nails done here. Felt like I was manhandled and left with a bloody cuticle. She didn't disinfect instruments and didn't do proper blood borne precautions. I am a licensed cosmetologist and I know correct procedure will not be going back there. I usually go to Top nail in Springhill never had a problem the whole year I been there. That's what I get for cheating lol my hands and nail are still sore a day later.
