I just received the worst manicure ever - the owners daughter stayed to do it and was obviously in a hurry. She barely trimmed my cuticles and slopped some clear polish on my nails and called it a night. Terrible experience - I will never be coming back.

This is my second and last visit. The first visit was a little over two weeks ago. My shellac polish on my nails didn't last two weeks, usu. It lasts longer. My last visit, the owner stayed on the phone the entire time. This time I was met by a cute little dog named Bella who had pooped on the floor... They picked it up and fussed at the 12 year old for not taking her out enough.The same 12 year old girl removed my nail polish. She was the only one that didn't stay on her phone.After she removed my polish her sister who I don't know the age of (not that age matters if they are licensed, but I didn't see her license) did my nails. She filed them to the shape I requested. She then did the cuticle trim and polish. When the nails were under the light, the first time, she was on her phone texting. When the timer went off she had ME restart the timer so she wouldn't have to quit her texting.She then painted my nails running the polish up the sides of my cuticles as you will see in the pictures. This is only bad because in about 3 days the nails will grow out enough that the ridge will he seen and it will then provide a better opportunity for it to peel.Afterwards I took pictures, you can see that the course nail file she used (I don't have acrylic nails) left rough edges to my nails. You can also see the rough edges of the cuticles that she clipped without getting the edges smooth.Won't go back. Still looking for the best salon in Longview and this isn't it

I like the quality of work. The prices are a little on the high side. The majority of the time she did my nails and feet she was talking on her phone to her daughter or other people. She also talked ...
I like the quality of work. The prices are a little on the high side. The majority of the time she did my nails and feet she was talking on her phone to her daughter or other people. She also talked a lot to other employees in their native language, which i find to be a little rude, but that happens at most salons that are owned by those not born here. I will go back though, as i found their work to be better than the other salons i have tried

I was out of town for a wedding in Longview and went to Unique. I wanted a full set of acrylics with shellac polish. I explained the shape that I wanted to the lady, which was medium length and square...
I was out of town for a wedding in Longview and went to Unique. I wanted a full set of acrylics with shellac polish. I explained the shape that I wanted to the lady, which was medium length and square/round for the shape. After she shaped the nails on one hand it was like a Dr. Seuss book. Some were short, some were long, some were Square, some round,some were pointed, one was very crooked....I kept looking down at the hand she had finished and looking back up at her and she asked "what, you not happy?" I showed her the different shapes and she slapped the nail file on the table at me and said "here you don't like, you do it yourself!" I calmly said that it was her job to shape them, not mine. I felt very uncomfortable after this. She attempted to fix the shape but it was still awful, now on both hands. She then painted them and proceeded to get the polish all over my cuticles and the edges of the nailbeds on my skin. I asked her to please get it off of my cuticles and skin and she made a big deal out of that as well. Said that she could possibly Mess up the polish by doing that. I explained to her that we could not just leave it on there. She got the little drill and got the paint off of my cuticles but she did such a terrible job on the polish that it is all rippled and bubbled.This whole process took an hour and a half and cost $45. I am back in my hometown and will have to go to my regular salon that always does a great job and pay money to have them fixed!!

I am very unsatisfied with my experience at this nail salon. My nail tech thought watching tv was more important than my manicure. I left with paint on the sides of a few of my nails. Very unprofessional and I will not be returning.

I just received the worst manicure ever - the owners daughter stayed to do it and was obviously in a hurry. She barely trimmed my cuticles and slopped some clear polish on my nails and called it a night. Terrible experience - I will never be coming back.

I like the quality of work. The prices are a little on the high side. The majority of the time she did my nails and feet she was talking on her phone to her daughter or other people. She also talked a lot to other employees in their native language, which i find to be a little rude, but that happens at most salons that are owned by those not born here.
