T nails Judson rd longview tx: I would rate my experience 0.5, they are rude very very unprofessional on my visit I got mani,pedi, eb wax, the man who did my feet he was good no problem. The lady who did my eyebrow SERVELRY screwed them up she was rushing for 1 and she did them the way she wanted to not what I requested they were different sizes,left eyebrow barely had any hair, she acted as if she didn't notice and tried to hurry me out the room then she said she needed to get a different twizer at this point she's throwing her tools around Very unsatisfied with her work. A different lady did my nails when she called me up to her table she was on the phone I asked her if she wanted me to wait til she's done with her call she said no,ok so bout 15min in she still on the phone also every min or so she was looking and fiddling with it while I'm telling her that she's messing up my nails ,the acrylic was uneven was not done up to the cuticle so I askd her if she wanted to finish her call she said no n grabbed my hand again another mistake so I askd a different LADY if she could finish she asked why I told her the lady that was doing my nails yelled "it doesn't matter" took her time to finish her call then my nails, ONCE SHE WAS FINISHED that's when another tech asked me if I wld like her to redo them which is bizerk then told me she could paint them to cover where the acrylic stopped which I refused because. My 17 year old daughter went to have acrylic nails put on and came home with 5 of her fingers (cuticles) cut and bleeding! Lady never apologized. We will NOT be returning to T Nails and will NOT recommend it to anyone!!! Carelessness!! Read Less

The cheapest nail polish in the city. I got a manicure on a Saturday morning and by that evening it all came off. When I went in on Monday they were extremely rude and refused to correct the horrible work done on Saturday. I know children who could do a better job. Read Less
