This will remain a one star place. I wasn't impressed  by the layout of the shop (old appliances, chipping paint/wood), but I was willing to give them a chance. I sat down in the pedi chair and the water was cold. No big deal, I requested for warmer. When it came to my nail selection (I was getting gel mani/ reg polish pedi) to match colors seemed like an odd request which should have been standard. Even that didn't truly bother me. It was when it came to my gel application that infuriated me. Another lady who was doing my toes was fantastic! But the lady who did my nails was absolutely unprofessional and was very very lucky I wasn't going to make a scene. She gingerly came over to do my nails with acrylic crud all over her own nails (didn't find the decency to take it off) and was doing my nails so carelessly. From take off of my old application to the final product, she was heavy handed and sloppy. And when I told her the polish was underneath my nail and sticking to my skin, she suddenly found the sense of urgency to clip it away instead of using acetone. The girl that did my nails talked so much the guy next to her told her to stop talking...She was disorganized, Messy, sloppy, didn't pay attention, Did not know what she was doing...was going to do a dip in top of a dip...i said no ur taking the POLISH OFF first.. I wouldn't even give them a whole star. I will NEVER go back to them. I got my nails done. They took to long, all they did was talk to each other. I was in there a total of 3hrs because they kept stopping. Then I haven't even had my nails done a week and it already looks like I need a refill one of the nails just popped off Luke it wasn't even glued on good. The girl that did my nails kept talking while drilling and would look away at the same time, very aggrivating. Made my cuticiles bleed on two fingers. Also left residue on my fingers, which i had to then peel off myself. The nails came out as I wanted but they were not all the same shape and uneven. Not coming here again Read Less

She was talking on the phone the complete time I was there, she did a design on my toes you can't tell what it is. Her name is Cindy I have been going there for years . She did not do a second coat on my toes. It was horrible this time. So disappointed and realizing after 7 years of going here I will have to find a new place to go. I've been coming here 1-2 times a month for almost two years. They always do an outstanding job on my nails! I went last Friday to get my nails done before we head out on vacation. My husband came in with my children (they had been walking around the mall waiting on me). The gentleman doing my nails told my younger two daughters to pick out a nail color and he would do their nails for free so they would be ready for vacation. I would recommend this place to anyone! I will NEVER go back there again! And I advise you not to go either!! I went last Saturday to get the dip full set and it's only been 10 days and all of my nails are lifting up. My step daughter and I were there to get our mani and pedi. The person that did our nails were very good and efficient and very nice. The reason I gave a 3 was because it took them about 20-30 min to get to us while our feet were ready to curl from the water lol. However it was pretty busy that day so we're okay with that. NEVER again. Just wanted polish change on toenails. The lady that didn't speak English well AT ALL talked me into a $20 pedi that was nothing more than filed and polished. The guy polished my cuticles because he was too busy looking at phone and his Pokemon Go. Nope..won't see me again.Read Less

They did not ask me before they filed my nails down, because she was on the phone. I asked her to get off the phone because she wasn't listening to what I wanted.
