The owner are so bad. They are so discourterous. They treated the employee like slavers, and they talk to the customers like cows. This is the only nail salon I've been to in Longview and I've lived in the area for 10 years. Although I do know good service and the people working here aren't always that great. They're very pushy and when you don't understand them, they do get aggravated and give you dirty looks. They speak in their language and you don't know if they're talking about you (I assume this is at every nail salon but it bothers me anyway). While the employees aren't the greatest, they do a very good job. My nails always come out looking awesome, hurting, but they look good. Read Less

I only wear long curve nails, well use to before I moved to Longview, Tx. I was told that this place was among the best nail shops in longview, TX. So walking in I expected a nice place. Not a cramped location with limited parking. The overall environment is okay, but a few nail techs are not polite at all. I feel like I am a paying customer and should be treated kindly and with respect. Not like cattle moving through a line willing to pay for a service and be treated like crap. I have been to various different cities and I know great service. Its unprofessional to have your nails come out mismatched because of a lack of pay attention.
