Zero stars.   Been 3 times over the years, just because it was convenient on my daily route from Longview to Tatum and I will never be back.  This last time, I got the "dip" nails and it was my first time getting them (usually acrylic).  At the time, I thought they didn't look good, but liked how long they lasted.  Since then, I've gotten the dip done at several other places and realized that the job I got here was nothing short of terrible.  Super globby and uneven, and he didn't even file off the excess whatsoever!!  I don't know if it can be chalked up to lack of skill, laziness, or the nail tech's haste to get outside and smoke a cigarette (he had his Newport's on the nail counter and reeked).  Previously, I had been in for a pedicure and had the same experience as a prior reviewer--hasty, and completely ineffective.  It wasn't that they were busy, as the rest of the staff were having the time of their lives in the corner at the front of the salon playing cards and carrying on annoyingly in their native tongue. I went in and the owner, Jennifer was on her phone. She hesitated to help me. All of the other staff were busy helping customers. So she tells me to sit at her table to get a nail refill after I pick my color. She finds the color and stalls waiting for Tyson to finish up. She tells him to do my nails. Next thing he is calling me to move to his chair. My point is, they have poor customer service. As a customer, I want to be waited on and receive GREAT customer service. When you go to this salon, you are on their time, not yours! Be ready to wait to be waited on. They will help you as soon as they finish up their poker game or get off their phones! If you go to get a pedicure, I highly recommend Mrs. Tammy. She takes her time and does an excellent job. She digs in and knows how to remove ingrown toe nails! Read Less

Worst pedicure I have ever had!!  It was 10 minutes start to finish and my feet weren't even soft.  I left and went to Longview nails and had a pedi mani what a difference!  If I could give no stars I would!!!! Read Less

Awful experience. Got my nails done in kilgore and a week later I go in this place for a color change and then we're so RUDE. The guy messed up on my nails and I think he did on purpose because he was laughing speaking his language. I wouldn't recommend anyone going here. Not the nicest looking place so I took some stars away for that reason and I feel like she charged me to much, but I loved my nails when I left. she put acrylic on my real nails and it looked great.. I hadn't heard of that before... Read Less

If I could rate this place a negative number, trust me I would. This was literally the worst place ever and it took everything in me not to blow a gasket. They did not give me what I asked for, which was for them to paint my nails ONLY. I didn't ask for anything else. I told the lady what I wanted and she repeated it back to me and agreed. We sat down and she's buffing my nails and she takes out nail clippers. I thought she was just making them even and what not. Before I could even blink she had clipped 4 of my nails down to the bed. I was so freaking shocked. And there was really nothing that I could do, because my nails were already gone. She then glued tips and did a gel polish. Now if she had done this right I could forgive her for ignoring what I wanted, but no, she not only filed my nails like a maniac but also my skin, she didn't even paint my whole nail and the tips aren't the correct size. This place is disgusting, they don't clean out the washing tubs for the pedicures, they throw everything on the floor, their polish quality is awful and sticky. It's a horrible place to have your nails done. The place does not look clean and is not relaxing at all. On top of the fact that my solar nails turned yellow and for some that may not know they are not suppose to. They said if they turned they would guarantee they wouldn't but if they did I would get my money back. Not a week later my nails were yellow they literally through there hand in my face and said no they would not give me my money back for them. I had not used bleach or dyed my hair. I do smoke but they are not suppose to turn from that which is why I get them. I very respectfully showed them my nails and asked for my money back as they guaranteed they would do and they were overly rude to me and through there hand in my face.
