There is only one decent nail tech in the whole place. Not even the owner does good nails. Nor does she speak to anyone. Even if you are a loyal customer. My last 3 visits I made an appointment but still waited over an hour to get my nails done. Last night again they told me my appointment did not matter because he was busy. No apology nothing.I rescheduled for this morning knowing I would be on a tight time frame. I walk in and he had just started a new set. What's the point of making an appointment? They act like they are the only nail shop in town they charge more than anyone else and show no gratitude for loyalty not to mention zero consideration for any ones time. I went back to my old nail shop I haven't been to in over a year. They smiled told me welcome back and sat me down to do my nails immediately never should have left. Me and my friend were getting nails for prom and our prom was two days away not to mention we live a good 30 minutes away from Longview. We walked in the door at 6 o clock we both ordered a full set of acrylic nails and manicures we waited a good 45 minutes before we could get our feet done and we were still getting our feet done by the time they closed which was 8. It was around 8:15 and we tried to get our nails done but they tell us come back tomorrow come back tomorrow. We live 30 minutes away from Longview, that’s a drive. We ask the owner or the owners wife ( LEE ) why can’t we get our nails done and her reply was I’m not staying late I’m tired. I literally came 2 hours before closed and you start on my feet but can’t finish my nails then you want to talk about me and my friend behind our backs like we don’t see your gestures or attitudes. This was the single worst experience I've ever had at a nail spa. THE WORST. Their customer service was terrible, and the technician did a horrible job painting my toe nails. While I understand it was busy, I would recommend that they tell people it will be a wait instead of just letting people sit around for a long time in the pedicure chair. Awesome! Was the answer my boy friend gave the lady that did his feet for the first time ever in his life! The whole experience was great! really friendly and no judgments passed! We get away from our lives in New Orleans and go to Longview at least once a year to just get away and relax, and this spot will definitely be added to our relaxation baecation! :) Read Less

If I could give this place a 0 I would. I asked for matte black polish acrylic full set and they gave me dip when I said something she said no this is how I do matte and I said it’s supposed to be polish she told me we did polish after powder so I went with it. She asked what shape and I said coffin she said okay this length will be good for coffin so I went with it o get to pay my bill and it was $50 and my nails are all different shapes and dented in and rough looking.... when o said how is ot $50 the “manager” said it was because they are long and they dipped them.. when I clearly said to I wanted POLISH... they did nothing and I left unhappy and not satisfied btw they were super rude and very unprofessional Read Less

Had a pedi ended up with an ingrown toenail. Messaged to ask for a refund or credit toward a mani & of course they wouldn’t agree. Still Dealing with an ingrown toenail & tomorrow will be a week. I had an appointment today with Lee at 5:00 pm. At 5:37 pm I was still waiting for Lee to finish with another customer. It was clear to me that Lee started with another customer shortly before my appointment. Lee never acknowledged that I was there. I have literally never had a more terrible pedicure in my life. Once I stated I didn't want the fancy pedicure the operator was rough and acted like I was a thorn in her side. I still paid $35 for something my 11 yr old daughter could do. She did not massge or take calluses off. I picked my polish and she took it upon herself to add sparkles without asking, I'm not a fairy nor am I five. My big toe nails were beyond crooked, I now have ingrown toenails so bad I made a do...ctor's appointment, polish slid off inside my shoe even after 30 minutes of drying, when I went back to fix it she put a different sparkle on the two messed up ones and got mad when I said it didn't match, she cut the sides of my toe nails half way down my toe nail bed. Incredibly painful especially in my profession as a hairstylist on my feet all day, I have to dig them out every night. Polish is already coming off after only a week and a half. I spent $50 to get the dipped powder nails, like the woman kept suggesting, and not only did they not do it right to begin with, I've had them on for ONE DAY and three have already separated and broken. I had to take them off after literally one day because they were ruined. I had to have them fix it initially because they didn't even bother getting the loose nails from underneath, and when I got home, one was already pulling away from the root of the nail. By the end of the day today, two were separated underneath and the other was practically coming off. I'm so beyond mad and believe me I will not use Longview Nails again. Read Less

Okay, I have been to a lot of nails shops in Longview and thus far my pedi was everything!! I had a great tech named Two, yes that's her name.. She was awesome. I will definitely return and she will have my business! BUT, when it came to getting my nails done I had to wait on a technician, just to be told that she was unable to do my nails. The frustrating part was her attitude towards me. I am a new customer and customer service was not given properly. Mimi was nice enough to accommodate me with suggestions of who to ask for when I return, but I am a tad bit hesitant. I will give them 1 more try because the pedi was great.. I got my nails done on a Thursday. I went to the lake that Sunday and my index/pinky nails came off. I informed them and they fixed it immediately. No trash talking was done and they took pride in their work. I also love the pearl spa pedicure. Will return!! Read Less

Well I needed a Manicure​ and pedicure in the worse way... I didn't want acrylic or shellac because my nails were so short and my cuticles in bad shape due to not wearing gloves while using cleaning products. I was seated and picked out the manicure and pedicure I wanted, was asked several times if I could pay that much. I had no idea that while sitting in the pedi chair I would receive my manicure!!! It was not a relaxing experience, the pedicure was done very well but the manicure looks like a child did it, the lady stood on one side of the pedi chair to do it, very strange! The women not working were watching videos on their phones, again, not relaxing...One just came over and stared for a bit, made me uncomfortable. If I go back, I will only have the pedicure. Would give zero stars if I could, but I have had a previous manicure that was decent so I'm averaging both.Manicure pedicure took TWO HOURS. The older gentleman who did my mani pedi was bossing me around and painting my nails /all over my fingers. It is quite literally the worst manicure I've ever had. I hate that the reviewers on here so far have had bad experiences. Most seem to be out of towners, and if you go to someone other than who you are used to, you'll never be happy. I've been coming here for 7 years. Ive gotten acrylic nails, pedicures and gel color during this time. I ALWAYS ask for Lee to do my nails. She's the owner and in my opinion, the only person who does a great job at nails. The others are mediocre. Lee is fast, professional and does amazing work. Pedicures have always turned out great. Some techs are friendlier than others but all have done a great job. Longview Nails is the only place in town that I'll go. In response to the reviewer who claimed that they arw illegal immigrants and that their licenses are fake, try again. I don't know how they do things in New York, but in Texas we have health commissions and licensing bureaus that check on places like this regularly. If I could give this place -5 stars, I would. I second what each of the other posters has said. I have lived all over the US, so I knew I wasn't going into a grand salon, but damn!  I requested a mani/pedi, and a lower leg wax.  The wax was just okay for being in a pinch, I'll give it 2.5 stars since the lady was friendly and gave me some useful after care tips. The man who did my pedicure was ignorant and rude. He treated me disdainfully (I won't even begin to guess why...?) and then talked about me in Vietnamese during my entire pedicure. Given that my feet are well-kept and that I was well-dressed, I chalked it up to typical Texas nail salon BS.  He then was unable to do a design, and could not locate anyone to do it, so I moved to the manicure.  I had Japanese Axium gel on my nails which seemed to pose a problem.  The manicurist immediately launched into a slew of questions like "What kind gel?" and "Where this done?".  I repeatedly told them it was Aksentz gel, and was done in NYC, and that their Shellac remover would not suffice. Finally, I pointed to the drill and instructed the man on how to remove it. After "accidentally" burning me with the drill, I decided I'd had enough and told them I wanted another manicurist. Once he was replaced, he feigned upset ignorance. Too bad. In the end, I got what has been the weakest manicure I've ever had. Shellac is garbage, and so is this establishment. To top it all off, they refused to accept my Amex card, which resulted in me being sent to an ATM while being asked to "leave something of value, otherwise how we know you return?"  I will reserve my opinions and state the facts: *this establishment is employing illegal immigrants who are unprofessional and rude (they have fake licenses on the wall, look closely)* this establishment provides subpar services for way too much money* If you are looking for better service and better products, go to Pure Nails across the way. I looked into them later on and they were way more up to snuff. * DO NOT attempt to use an Amex in this establishment, they do not accept them. So I was in town for the wedding of a girlfriend of mine.  I got to the hotel (located behind a strip mall) and decided I had to do something about my nails.  Front desk helped me locate this one.   I walk in to a very zen like spa salon, leather chairs, different areas for relaxing hands, feet or both.  Well lit and nicely appointed.  The lady at the front desk asked me to sign in and i asked her how long the wait was.  She said no wait.  True to her word, another young lady came to get me immediately and I was cheerfully plunked down in a pedicure chair. The lady who was doing my pedicure was a sweetheart, very funny and attentive.  She was joined shortly by a lady who asked if it was okay to start my manicure at the same time.  While the service was going on the lady who'd started my pedicure went to get a preprinted price list to ask me what I wanted.  I said just a regular mani/pedi please.  She kept pointing to the first service listed which stated $27 for what I THOUGHT said manicure pedicure.  She pointed to it again to be sure we'd understood each other and I nodded and said yes, a regular manicure/pedicure please.  Each lady finished my hands and feet, I dried and then went to the front to pay.  The lady at reception announced my total, $37.  I said but I chose the service on top, the one that says $27?  she said that is for (something called) a Maintenance Pedicure.   The word I had thought said manicure actually said maintenance.  I said oh, okay, when the lady who was doing my pedicure came back there with this sheet she kept pointing to this service, I misread it.   The receptionist kind of giggles and goes no, not $27, I don't know where you could get both for $27.  Now for some reason, her tone is all the way turnt up.  I said first of all, calm it down.   Second of all, the lady who did my pedicure pointed at this service when I said I wanted a basic regular manicure pedicure.  Third of all in the city where I am everyday?  a mani/pedi is TWENTY SIX dollars but what do I know,  New York probably isn't as up to date about stuff like that as they are in Longview, Texas. The ladies who did my mani/pedi were quick, personable and courteous, they did an amazing job.   The environment itself was very relaxing and comfortable and they took me as a walk in, no appointment necessary.   The first reviewer said that customer service is not the greatest.  That is the understatement of the century but only with regard to Miss Girl at the front desk.  How's about you have a seat in the back and see if your coworkers can't hand massage the shittiness outcha attitude?  Hey here's what, it might have been totally worth it if my overpriced nails had lasted longer than a day.  The polish literally just fell the hell off.   Got em done on Saturday November 16th at 2:15 p.m.  I flew home on Sunday November 17th at 6:00 a.m.   See pics of  what my nails looked like 14 hours later.
