I had the worst experience, the lady who did my pedicure did a terrible job. It looks like a 5 year old painted my toenails, I had to ask for them to be fixed twice and both times the lady was rude about it and I still left with stained toes. Waste of money, we wont be back. Read Less

Today i went to Kathys nails for the first time. The guy, I believe his name is John, kicked me off of his chair after I nicely asked him if he could remove a tip that he had cut too much making it way too narrow compared to the rest of my nails. He kinda threw a little tampur tantrum and yelled at some girls and told them they would have to wait on Mrs. Kathy for one more hour until after she was done with me. The girls politely made an appointment and walked out. As Mrs. Kathy was shaving my tips 3 of them came right off (she seemed a little embarrassed by her husband's attitude and bad job) she tried to make the whole situation better but neglected to shape a few of my nails and had a hard time putting stones on them. She does have a very great attitude and personality though! Her husband's attitude is horrible and for that reason I will never go back!! Kathy even pushed the no tip button for me when paying. I have been going to Kathy since I moved to Longview in 2011. I get tons of compliments & she always remembers my favorite colors. If you are having problems, you know what they say...treat others how you want to be treated. I have a Vietnamese translator on my phone and not once have they ever said anything negative about me. You must express EXACTLY what you want. They are nail techs, not mind readers. I love them!!! Read Less

Ummm so my nails are horrible!! I didn't notice how bad they looked until the day of the wedding the next day. My middle finger is chipped, the nail polish is not complete. I was having a fill in, so he wouldn't do my nails. Made me wait for the lady to do my nails. Then they wanted to make reparations for the poor treatment after I voiced my feelings. I should have kept it moving (I escaped). A few weeks later, I went back and she did my nails and I was very disappointed. My nails were horrible. Read Less

RUDE! Wow I was in the store for 3 hours!!! They messed up my friends toes and didn't put scrub on legs .... They had to redo the polish and she still has polish on the bottom of her toe .... I sat there for 20 minutes with my toes drying and they still had not put clear polish over ... I left with no top coat because I could not stand how RUDE and AWFUL this place was !
