I left after 1hr 30mins later not getting a pedicure due to understaffed and seating, very rude staff and my full set was done in acrylic (but she insisted it was solar) with one design and was charged $60.00. I asked for one design on my toes once I sat down she told me she doesn’t have everything to complete the design so I went with a simply look...once she put the base color on I told her I did not like it... could she change it and she told me I would have to pay extra for her work if I wanted it to be changed. WARNING HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!First when my niece , daughter and I walked in we were not greeted very well. The guy that rudely greeted us yelled at my niece to sit down not giving her time to take off her sandals. The lady that was doing my pedi was also rude I wanted her to clip my toenails shorter but she acted like she couldn’t hear me so she left them longer than I wanted them. She didn’t scrub my feet like I wanted them scrubbed leaving them dried flaky looking worse than they were when I got there. I asked for white tips they ended up looking terrible not professional work. I will not return to this place customer service was horrible and the work was not worth the price I paid for. If I could give this review no stars, I would. This was my first and LAST time that I ever come here. First of all, service was awful. Second of all, after picking out my color for my nails, one of the guys yelled at me to sit down THREE times in a very RUDE WAY as I was trying to take off my shoes TO SIT DOWN. I paid $28 dollars to get my nails painted which I personally think it’s overpriced and they did a horrible job painting my nails. One of my nails wasn’t even painted all the way (they missed the right corner of my NAIL). For awhile I noticed everyone had their little tubs bubbling and my was the only one who’s wasn’t and my nail technician kept getting up to leave, didn’t have gloves on like everyone else, and got up to get cold water bottles for everyone and didn’t even wash his hands, passed out the water to everyone with his DIRTY HANDS and contaminated all the water bottles. Not to mention, my water bottle was the only one that was HOT. It was extremely awkward and uncomfortable the whole time I was just sitting there. The deluxe pedicure pkg is good for the price. But I felt like that when I paid for multiple services for my daughter and I, that they didn't not add them up correctly. What they charged did not match up with their price menu. The language barrier made it difficult to argue, so I just paid it. However, now it's making me feel some resentment. Just got a powder dip on Saturday. Same day my nail chipped and I went back and they fixed it. Owner told girl that had done it, that she had done it too thin. He did not have time to change entire set same day. Was told to go back. Went back 2 times after that and they were always too busy. Wish I could have gotten a refund since job was never done right. Let me start this off by saying I have never had a bad experience at Hollywood. I go often for pedicures, because I rarely get my nails done. I decided to get them done this time because I had a gift certificate, and I wanted to have something festive for Christmas. Everything was great from the start, and I didn't even mind the nearly 2 hour wait even when my friend went first, because they were busy. But being treated like a second rate customer is where they lost me. From ...the second the guy called me up to his chair, I literally felt like I was intruding on his time because that's how he treated me. I showed him what I wanted, all he said was they couldn't do that (it was plain black with silver glittery tips), so I went and picked out two different colors. Sat down, and he rushed through it so fast that I barely even had a chance to see what he was doing. I asked for rounded tips, he did them semi round, but when I asked him to trim them down more, he got snippy so I didn't ask again. Went through painting them (white), and then silver/blue glitter tips, and he slapped it on there so quickly that it didn't even look remotely good. It looked like a crooked version of tips when it was supposed to be swiped on. Asked him to clean it up a bit, he barely did anything and they looked exactly the same. All in all they looked subpar, compared to the service I've had before at Hollywood. Overall, I felt like he was treating me as though I was about to pay him in pennies or something. I was very patient, didn't get rude with him at all, just paid and left because I was pretty annoyed at that point and didn't want to get snapped at again. His place is horrible. The service is crappy and they aren't even nice to you VERY SASSY AND RUDE. I've been twice now and the wait has been over an hour just to get a simple manicure and it wasn't even worth the wait. Went to Hollywood Nails tonight to get my nails dipped and for a pedicure. The pedicure was sooo relaxing. Tracey spent a long time massaging my feet and legs. Sam did a wonderful job with my nails. I have really thin nails and Hollywood always make them look wonderful! Read Less

I came with someone and they separated us after we requested being together, the lady said I would only have to wait a few minutes and we would be seated by each other. We initially said we would wait but she was forceful and insisted it would be just a few minute difference, so we agreed that was fine....30 minutes later my friends pedi is done and I walk out without ever even being seated. Honestly if I could rate nothing I would. I went in there waited over an hour to get a seat then waited another 30 to have someone help me. When he started he burned my skin with the file thing and then tried to put on fake nails. Messing up twice and removing them. After that he did not shape or file the nails and I said I wanted them long and they are not long. They aren't even and they don't look good at all. I did a dip and he had no idea what he was doing. The color is does not coat the whole nail and it's not consistent. I went there because I've heard great things and this was honestly the worst mani I have ever gotten and the worst service. I have been getting my nails done here for over a year by Sam the owner.  Well it seems every time I would call to see if the waxer person was there I would be told yes then drove 12 miles only to be told "call first" she's not here today.  I would tell Sam I did call his response would be who did you talk to I would say "a man".  Well she's not here. Anyways best issue I called prior to bringing my neighbors girls for kids pedi and nail painting was quoted 20 each. Turns out to be $28 when I said something I was told well they got the full treatment with pedi just like adults.  Again I told him I called again " who did u talk to".  I took my daughter while she was in town for a pedi and the Guy gave her 2 options for prices $40 and $48. Which I didn't find out till after. Wth???  So I had already been thinking about going somewhere else because every time Sam did my nails he seemed to not b able to get them back to the "round shape" they were prior to shortening them. I would even show him a pic. I know I'm picky but I ask is it to much to have your nails basically the same length and the same shape?? As well as they seem to always be lumpy and uneven.  I would not recommend this place to anyone. Sam also seems to always be in a huge hurry and I feel that's why they are always lumpy and not smooth and he nips cuticles of almost every nail.  Time to find some other place that would want my business. Came in to pamper myself, my sister, and my mom this morning. Had an appointment for 11. I got powder dipped nails and a basic pedi and mom and sis were supposed to get the basic mani/Pedi combo for $43. Somehow my sister ended up not getting her nails done, but she was so happy with the pedicure that she didn't mind. Just a slight miscommunication somewhere. They took the time to really pamper my mom and she enjoyed the complimentary Margarita. Her nails and toes look great and that's the most relaxed I've seen her in a while! It was my first time getting the powder dipped and I love them! So much pretty glitter and they took time to make sure they were exactly how I wanted them. The nail tech that did my design was unable to do a pineapple design to "her standards" so she asked for a different design example. First time here and came only for the fact that I was told they could do powder dipped nails; I haven't found any other place in Longview that seems to be able to. It's a fairly cute place- lots going on inside including fish tanks and a bar. My sister-in-law and I came on a Monday at 9:30am. We were the only ones for about an hour. The lady that greeted us had very limited English and had no clue what I was telling her when I told her I wanted my powder re-done. My SIL pedicure looked enjoyable as the gentleman took his time and gave her a lengthy massage. My pedicure was ok, below average compared to my SIL. I guess because my man spent forever trying to get the gel off my toes and was probably turned off my the length of my leg hair.  I prefer to have toe separators on my feet when they paint them because my toes are close together and rub the fresh paint. My man had to do a couple of touch ups because..well, no toe separators. It took about 45 min for the pedicure. My SIL also got powder nails and unfortunately, there was only one man who could perform said duty. So, I waited for about 25 minutes for my turn. I got pink and white dips, in which the gentleman doing my nails stated that dips are a "headache" when talking about him being the only one who does them. My nails turned out better than they were when I went in but I left with a couple small knicks on my cuticles from overuse of the drill and with dried powder on parts of my fingers. Regular polish "deluxe" pedicure (cheapest one offered $40) and pink and white dips was a total of $95. In Dallas and Knoxville, it cost $80 and is a little better quality. This place is ok if you're needing immediate service but expect to pay more than it's worth. Oh, and for it to take half the day. I left at 12:26pm.**UPDATE: SAME DAY 6:12PMMy SIL had 2 of her nails crack/chip off. For her $80 + 20 in tip= $100, you would think the nail job would be high quality.
