I came in with my daughters today to get acrylic nails done for prom. The price on the sign was $25 for a full set of acrylics so that was what we were expecting. However, when the technician started on one of their nails he did a dip, which was $45, when she had specifically asked for the acrylics that were $25. He also told her that painting cost extra so she didn’t get that. My other daughter asked for almond shaped acrylics and was told that shape would cost extra (the other wasn’t told that and was not charged extra for her shape) so she charged $10 extra for a shape she didn’t even do correctly (she gave her square.) When my husband went to the counter to pay he was told that the nails were $45 for one set because of dip and that the other was $35 because color cost extra, not the shape like my daughter was told. We were expecting to pay $25 a piece for the sets, like the sign clearly stated, but ended up paying a lot more than that. Customer service wasn’t very friendly, the prices were different than what was stated, and we weren’t even offered a receipt for the transaction so we will not be returning in the future or recommending to friends. This morning I guess I put a little too much strain on one of my nails while cleaning my garage. Arrived in 15 minutes early but was seated as well as served immediately. They are very friendly and cute. I liked the color options that they helped me to choose. I loved the disposable callus file used. Will most definitely be back! Read Less

Can't say enough good things about this place. Staff were super sweet and skilled. They made my manicure super slim and thin so i didn't see that extra thick layer that i saw other salons do. My Basic Manicure still look very beautiful after 2 weeks. The prices are very fair. If you have never been here, then go. Read Less

Visited there and the lady who was doing my nails did not care at all. She hardly even looked at my nails. I got a manicure and a pedicure, both were done very quickly. My manicure was so bad it looked like a child had done it. I had to go to another salon and get it redone because my cuticles weren't even cut, my nails weren't shaped, and there was paint all over my cuticles. But that's not the reason I'm writing this review. The reason I'm writing it is because my technician used unsanitized equipment and I now have a horrible infection on one of my toes. Ladies: if you do not see your technician open a new package of sanitized equipment do NOT let them work on you. I was too shy to say anything and now I'm paying for it. I just tried the gel nails here and it was fantastic! Their new salon was an oasis for: Staffs are friendly and understanding. The environment is totally relaxing. relaxing (beautiful environment, soothing music, no chattering, comfortable chairs) The prices are reasonable. My gel nails still look very good after 3 weeks. I lived in Longview and chose California Nails Spa for nails done each week. I felt here more delectable. They used an autoclave to sanitize all of their instruments. They were so talented. They had a large selection of polish colors both shellac and regular. Comfortable atmosphere and beautiful store. I highly recommend this place for anyone. I certaintly returning this shop. This is my 4th time's go to California Nails Spa after having my wedding. Loved this place! The owner offered me drinks when I arrived in. I has been here before, when I recently moved into the city. I wasn't completely satisfied but decided to give it another try, maybe it was just me. I came back today after 4 months and I was not happy at all. I got a set of nails, two had to be removed right away because they were way to cricked. I asked for some glitter polish in my ring finger, as soon as I get home I realized those were a little bit bumpy so I come right back, they technicians tell me they are not bumpy, that it is just the glitter making them look like that. I've had glitter nails before and this had never happened. They argued my complaint was invalid. I just left that place very frustrated. I am in the customer service industry so I expect that as a paying customer my doubts and dislikes will be address accordingly and NOT argued upon. I will definitely not come back! Read Less

I went to this Nail Salon before thanksgiving, I was a walk in and asked if I could get a mani/pedi for me and my cousin. They were very friendly at first and said of course!. While I picked out my colors different ladies whom worked at the salon approached me and begun to try and up-sell me. Specifically, one after the other came to me and asked if I wanted everything from a SPA pedicure to paraffin or hot stone. I read the menu and asked for just a plain mani ped at $40 dollars each. After, I sat down the up-selling continued until I became firm that I only wanted a simple experience. The male in the store then began speaking in Vietnamese to the women, loudly  and stated in broken english that I did not have an appointment and I should be grateful that he let me have the service. Horrible service. I've never been told to go sit in the waiting area after they started prepping my nails because they didn't finish the client before me and then act offended when I decide not to get my nails done since my daughter was almost done. I won't be back. Read Less

I love to be here, they are so sweet and professional! This spot's near my house, it's lucky for me to find it. A year ago, I had to drive to another city to get my nails done. The price's here also very reasonable, love love love! Read Less
