The owner was the one that did my hair and she was incredibly rude to me. I was referred by one of my teachers at Letourneau University. Yeah, needless to say I was not impressed at all. I left her a $30 tip too. The same person now runs salon Phenix. I do not recommend going there at all.

Absolutely THE BEST SALON in Longview!!! They offer so many services. Spray tans, nails and the best group of professional stylist under one roof in ALL of Longview! Don't take my word for it, visit the 4th Street Salon and see for yourself. And they have a truly OUTSTANDING customer sitting, coffe, reading , etc. area I have ever encountered!! You WILL NOT be disappointed I can promise you that. GREAT PLACE.

The owner was the one that did my hair and she was incredibly rude to me. I was referred by one of my teachers at Letourneau University. Yeah, needless to say I was not impressed at all. I left her a $30 tip too. The same person now runs salon Phenix. I do not recommend going there at all.
