I’ve been coming to this nail salon for over a year and the last couple visits have been very unprofessional and inconsistent. Bonnie is the only person I allow to do my nails....my last visit my nails didn’t last a week before 2 broke! I went to try and fix them and told her I think they too thin. She refused to admit that stating how can I tell her she done them too thin! Bonnie is good at what she does but eventually get lazy and too comfortable with regulars clients. My hour nail appointment ends up being 2 hours bc of her inconsistency. Didn't have a good experience here. Pedicure was fine, but my nails were rushed and didn't look good or very professional. I came with a friend and it took an 1 1/2 before they even started on my friend's pedicure. When we were leaving the salon and rushing because of the extreme delays in service, one of the ladies in the shop purposely jumped ahead of the young lady checking us out for another customer. Just came back from Paris Nails. The outcome..... was wonderful . On the pedicure side, it was amazing. It is hard to find someone to keep to "only" do your pedicures. Theresa is great for me because she knows that I like as firm massage. My wife goes to Holly. She loves how Holly does the gel nails. Try it, you wont be sorry you did! I love Paris Nails in Little Elm. I am very much a regular eith Teresa and Holly. I will good were ever thry go. I cannot say enough good things about the place. They really know how to take care of their clients. They have a great selection of polish, all of the newest stuff, and honestly, I just LOVE the staff. Every single one of them is caring, sweet, a d attentive. They are the best. No appointment is needed however it is always good to call. They are the best. They become friends and family cause you will find yourself seeking them out. I have been to places were there pedicure was fast and all they did was put lotion on your feet and legs. Lovely service !! Came here during the week for my pedicure and nexgen. There was a bit of the wait but as long as I have my wine (yes they offer white & red wine) Im okay. Got my feet taken care of by a gentleman while other lady doing my nails. For pedicure I got the "Deluxe" but Im thinking about trying the Anti Stress next time. My NexGen came out perfectly the way I wanted it with perfect shape . Will definitely be back and maybe with my husband  because he's been wanting to tag along with me haha. Read Less

Nails were done with perfection. I had my acrylics removed and had NexGen applied. They turned out not thick, the shape I love (coffin), and smooth and natural-looking.Love, love, love. Will be back.Also, took advantage of the BOGI 1/2 off deal and got my pedicure at 50% off. Read Less
