My pedicure was amazing. She did a great job. My manicure was not the best, though. Most manicures include some sort of cuticle treatment or moisturizing but I didn't get either. Wasn't impressed with the manicure at all. No one talked to me at all during either treatment which is odd. Will probably try another place next time. Read Less

The store manager who checked me in acted like I was bothering her, she did not treat w with basic courtesy, much less as a valued customer. She never smiled, I'm fact looked at me with contempt. I'm Mexican -American, and would be surprised if she does that to the white ladies that come in. She prob thinks they have more money, better tippers, etc. what she doesn't know is that I am a professional, and a great tipper when I feel it is deserved. Even if I was a bum off the street, politeness is still expected. When I asked a question about my pedicure and she sharply answered, "hold on." I was ready to walk out right then, but then the technician who was going to attended came up with a big smile and the courtesy that I'm used to do I let her finish my pedi. Horrible management! Although this place is beautiful, the quality of the service is mediocre. My daughter and I got gel nail polish. They filed are nails down way too much!  Also, my daughter's gel started to peel after 2 days and after paying $41. Won't be going there again. Read Less

I've been going to Nail Palace since May 2016. Most visits have been outstanding but the last couple not so much. I only get the pedicure service and that seems to annoy the nail techs. I realize they are told to up sell but oh my gosh, I don't want any other services so be happy that I do want to give you business for one of the services. Today was probably the last time I'll visit this salon. The nail tech rushed through my pedicure, and they weren't busy, so I had a hard time enjoying the service. Additionally she barely spent much time on the massage, which happens to be my favorite part of the pedicure, so she could work on a fellow employee's pedicure. Yep, that's right! They even sat the employee next to me while I was getting my pedicure. I hate that the service has gone down as it used to be THE BEST in town. He was so patient with me and took his time making sure they were even and didn't make me feel rushed at all! He didn't talk too much although I got a couple of laughs out of him lol! my friend took me here while I was visiting her in Dallas and the salon was really nice. they had a lot of great nail colors and even offered us free drinks! I'm Vietnamese so it was nice not to hear any of the manicurist standing around talking shit about me, my friend and/or other patrons!!! the manicurist I had scrubbed my heals really well and I have bad cracked heels! it's been a week and they are still pretty smooth. Used to be a faithful customer but there has been a steady decline in service. I got a fill and a pedicure here yesterday and it was horrible. First I asked for a lemon summer pedicure and was told only the fall and winter specialty ones were avaliable. It's June. Then I told my pedicurist that I wanted a flower, just white, no green or glitter. When she came back with glitter, I told her again that I didn't want the glitter, which if fine I usually have to tell them no until the glitter is darn near on my toe, but this time the girl acted put out by it and annoyed, like I was trying to tell her how to do her job. Which I was not, just trying to tell her what I like. So I finally ended up with a little jewel, what I normally get, but of course she didn't seal it which I should have made her do (but I didn't want to tell her how to do her job) and now less than 24 hours they both have fallen off. The manicurist who did my fill was also horrible, stay away from the guy. I walked in at 5pm (2 hr until close) and it took him until close to finish and they still look like crap. He is one of those manicurists who file to hard on one side and not enough on the other so your nails end up looking lopsided  (my pet peeve with nails). But I didn't get a chance to tell him because closing time was upon him and I was rushed out the door...at 6:50. Needless to say, that was my last visit. I DO NOT recommend this place. Read Less

Got my nails done on a Monday afternoon for my birthday. The woman cut some skin and I proceeded to bleed. It stopped, but she used a lot if the drops to stop it burned. Now, a few days later, the finger still is raw. On top of that, my shellac nails have already started peeling. In addition, the polish isn't clean, it's on my skin. There were pieces of cotton balls that were stuck to my nail and she never cleaned it off and just painted right on top. I'm super bummed because I paid about $60 for a Shellac mani and pedi. It's expensive and should be long lasting. I feel like it was money down the drain. Read Less

I have been going to this salon a least once per month for the last three years.  They have a pretty high turnover rate so I cannot rate all of the technicians there.  But I will say that Cynthia does a fantastic job on manicures and my brows and Lan is my favorite pedicure lady.  I have had maybe three pedicures (out of 40+) there that I wasn't thrilled with so I always ask for my ladies specifically.  If they are not available, I don't take the chance.  Cynthia always does my brows beautifully. The decor is nice and I like the fact that they offer a beverage.  I frequently get salon gift cards  for other places because I am a teacher and I have to say that this is by far my favorite place in my area. I live nearby this establishment. It's really nice and convenient. The ladies there are nice and professional. However, the guy there...he's the only male. He is way too rough. He kept bending my finger back and forth as if a person isn't attached to it. Don't you despise when the nail techs are unnecessarily rough?? I do!! DO NOT GET YOU BROWS WAXED HERE! You will literally be left with nothing. MY mother and I were left with scabs. In reference to pedicures, your feet will be wrinkly before they even get to you. Even after asking if there was a long wait. Read Less

Two different visits that are MEMORABLE.   The first was a manicure with gel nails while my sister and friend got fabulous pedicures.  We were SO impressed.  The second was a birthday treat from my sister to have a facial.  It was a one hour facial and I could feel toxins and stress creep out of my body.  I am so happy this salon is not far from my home.  I will never to anywhere else.  By the way I also got an eyebrow wax and they did JUST fine. I've been going here for the last two years. I've had several different techs do everything from my brows to manis (reg and acrylic) and pedis. I have seen a steady decline in the quality and service here. My last brow wax left me burned. My last mani lasted two days before it chipped off almost completely. Soaked my feet for 30 minutes, while others walked in and were waited on.  Helen came to do my pedicure.  requested a paraffin treatment, was ignored.  Waited for a manicure and Helen said she would do it.  She walked over, got her cell phone,  put her ear piece on and proceeded to talk on the phone while doing my manicure.  The manicure lasted one day before it started to chip.  I will never go back to this place.  Thank God I don't let anyone in these nail salons touch my eyebrows! As long as you don't get your eye brows waxed here, you should be pleased.  I've had my eye brows waxed by two different workers here.  The first time, the lady waxed one half of my right brow off on mistake.  The second time, I requested a different lady, and she waxed it fine, but when she started plucking the leftover hairs, she plucked my skin instead and I had scabs for almost 5 days.  I will never let this place touch my brows again! My grandmother, mom, and I went here to all get pedi's. We sat with our feet in the water for over 30min until they finally remembered that we were there. After the pedi ( which wasn't wonderful nor terrible ) my mother and I got our brows waxed... Bad idea. Without asking, without a comb this lady went after my thicker eyebrows and literally in one tug my eyebrow was left to nothing... The smallest thin line! The aftermath is even worse... My mother and I are both broken out in hives with patches of where our skin had been. I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy. Read Less

Very nice manicures and pedicures at reasonable prices, BUT the interior of this Salon is AMAZING, that's why you want to visit. So much attention to BEAUTIFUL interior decor; have never seen ANYTHING like it before!
