Wonderful place. They r always very accommodating to me as it is difficult for me to get in & have had to reschedule appts & have been late. They always offer refreshments & take their time even when it is close to closing time. Their prices r very reasonable. Only complaint, actually 2, I don't like to get my nails done at same time as pedicure. I realize this saves time tho. Also, the nail tech did not use the round, rolling file under my nail tip at end to smooth that out. But I mentioned this to her & she did so next visit. Pedicures have always been fantastic. so friendly , polite. great service . do not rush you in choosing a color, tell you to take your time because of all the choices you have . i've never had a salon not rush me, i just knew this place was my new spot . I literally searched " best nail salons near me " and HD Nails was the top reviewed with basically almost 5 stars. Lee was my nail tech and she's the sweetest, she listened to how exactly I wanted my nails & thats what she gave me! she even put a base coat before... putting my actual color choice to make sure my nails were secured and strong , i've never really had a tech do that for me . I was looking for a new place since moving to the area. The reviews on here did not steer me wrong. I HIGHLY recommend this place. The owners/staff are beyond kind. They are attentive, polite, and absolutely the sweetest to everyone that walked through the door. I had a Deluxe Pedicure and enjoyed every minute of it. I felt like he took his time and did an amazing job. My toenails were painted perfectly. I even brought my own polish - which many places kind of frown on - and he was very nice about it and even complimented the color. The atmosphere is very calming and quiet. I highly recommend this place. I would suggest making an appointment if you plan to go later in the day as it seems they can get rather busy. Went here yesterday with my sister after hanging out at hula hut for the afternoon. We walked in around 6:30 and they closed at 7. We were worried they would have to go fast since we came in so close to closing, but they were so nice and took their time! I was looking for a place to do coffin nails. I was about to try another place that was recommended to me but after seeing the reviews I changed my mind. My sister in law was coming with me so I asked her what about her normal spot and it was HD nails. I gave them a shot and I'm very impressed. Great customer service and you can tell they knew what they were talking about. Love HD Nails! My feet are very difficult to get smooth and I have ingrown toenails. The pedicure, massage, soaks, and treatments are perfection! HD is super clean which is also important to me. Everything was customized per my request. I used to go to another salon in Little Elm but they burned me even though I warned them I am sensitive to heat and said it was too hot (that salon didn't even give me a price break after burning me so bad I had to have ice on it and my skin blistered.) HD was very careful with the heat and constantly double checked everything with me. Polish was great too and stays on. Highly recommend HD nailds. Read Less

I got talked into getting next gen dip nails here because I didn't want to ruin the integrity of my nails. I paid $50 and they only lasted 9 days. Super disappointed. The strength of my nails is now half of what it was. They're already thin as hell and now they bend and are all peely and gross. About a dozen people recommended hd nails to me and they were soooo very nice but I plan on avoiding this place I got tons of complements so I'm really sad it didn't work out. Read Less

I'm very disappointed with the service that I received at this nail salon. I arrived at 10:20am and was told that they were busy so I needed to make an appointment and come back at noon. I decided to wait for the appointment based on the positive reviews that I had read and because it was NYE and I wanted to try the chrome nail polish. I came back at 1150 and when I went to pick out a color, I was told they couldn't do the chrome because only one lady does it and she's booked up. Couldn't they have told me this earlier so I wouldn't waste my time? I have a sick baby at home but my husband wanted me to come and get a manicure and pedicure to relax and pamper myself before the new year and this place completely wasted my time. The person at the salon was confusing and basically told me that I needed to change what I wanted done. Then he said he would do the pedicure first and as soon as I picked out the color, he asks "so you're only getting a pedicure today, right?" Despite me repeating several times that I wanted a chrome manicure, pedicure, eyebrow and lip wax... And when I decided to just leave because I was so frustrated and disappointed, he just brushed me off. Never again. I wouldn't set foot in this salon ever again even if someone paid me to. Racist. This is kind of a hidden place and not a huge building like a lot of other nail salons in the area -- it is tucked away but always busy, so you know it's good! I have been a few times now and they give great pedicures-- actually take the time and effort that makes for a good one. I get nexgen on my nails and they do a fantastic job. I left off one star because there usually is a wait when you go -- which is fine for me because I account for the wait time but probably not the place if you are looking for a quick in and out. Place is clean, staff is very friendly.  They offer you a drink before starting to work on you. Prices are on point and the nails turn up mighty fine. I love that they give you a menu with the different choices of services, and don't try to sell you their higher price services, they'll explain the differences, if you're new to their place, but let yoy decide. This was my first time to use them. I needed new gels. He suggested the "mood" temperature polish as it changes colors based on if you are hot or cold. I chose White Rose which turns your polish white it you are warm and pink if the are cold. My nails are always changing colors and I get a TON of complements everywhere I go. I visited this salon for the first time last week with a particular nail design that I was hoping to do. The young lady (I didn't get her name!) said she could do something similar but not exact. What resulted was almost EXACTLY what I wanted! She tried it out on a sample nail so she could show me and proceeded to take her time to give me what I wanted. This place is awesome. Everyone is so kind and caring. I went with a broken toe and was super nervous but they took great care of me. They were constantly making sure I was ok. I got color changing gel for my manicure and pedicure and selected the "Luxury Pedicure." It was amazing. The massage was wonderful and lasted for at least 20 minutes. This place is the closest one of about 100 in my area.  I think I have probably got a pedicure at all of them.  All the prices are pretty comparable but what makes this one different is the attention.  She takes great care of my feet and massages them for quite a while.  No matter how busy they are, she never shorts me on time.  You don't have to have a reservation, but I would recommend it.
