This is usually my go-to place. I went there on one occasion with my mom. Two males were giving us manicures. I noticed that he was rushing, unfriendly to my mom. I asked that she have someone else perform her deluxe Mani which he did not do. The two males clearly where talking smack in Vietnamese about us. I asked another lady if she could give my mom a deluxe manicure and the dude came back and treated her poorly again. How frustrating. We pay a lot to get our nails and feet done. I went for a full set and pedi. The lady who did my full set completely rushed and had my nails crooked. I pointed that out and she filed them down to even them out and they were still crooked because she rushed to do that too. I asked yo have acrylic put on my big toes to make them look wider and flatter. The guy doing my pedicure spent FIVE minutes trying to talk me out of getting the acrylic on my toes. Sky Nails is the only place I go at first I went here there wherever was closest. For the past few years it is the only place. They are the cleanest. When out if town I Google ratings to see if I want to go if I really need to. They are polite, clean professional and really good people. When your a regular customer I feel you get better treatment than others. That goes same with hair salons too. They learn you you learn them. I can't imagine going anywhere else I wouldn't let my kids go anywhere else either. Read Less

Went there before and was very disappointed so I gave them another try only because I had a gift certificate worth $100 that I received as a gift. My pedicure was interrupted numerous times by the owner because he kept on screaming at the lady about something. But she did a good job. Then when it came to my nails all he did was glue on a tip and put on the powder. There was no smoothing out or clipping of all the cuticles. He littlerly put on tips and glitter powder then a clear coat. I also got my eye brows waxed. He charged me the whole $100 plus an extra $17. I went on my cruise 4 days later and I was popping them off 3 days after that because they were catching on to everything. I would not recommend this place if the man owner was to do your nails. Have been going here since Jeanie and her husband have been here, if you want a relaxing and conversational time while getting pampered then this is the place to go. Yes, they do get busy but with every business there are times you have to wait but it is well worth it. They will get to you and do the best job around so if you want a job well done go here. Very poor customer service. Was told 40 minutes to trim down my daughter's nails, waited over 1.5 hours. They took another walk in before us because she was getting a Mani/pedi, obviously they would make more money off of her. However they had just done my daughter's less than a week ago but let them too long, so they're double dipping in my pocket AND making me wait. Read Less

I have given this place a try on 3 separate occasions. It's not my regular nail salon, but a few people I know have recommended it. The first time I went, I got a pedicure, which was rushed and they did a terrible job. The second time I got dipped nails, which I had heard were really great. They began chipping off and didn't last a week. I have an office job, so there's not lots of wear and tear to my nails. The third and final time I went in, I requested a shellac manicure. When they began putting the color on, I noticed it was completely different from the display color I chose, which was a pale pink. The color that was being applied to my nails was a thin, orange-ish coral color. I requested they change it because it looked nothing like what I chose, and ended up having 4-5 nail techs standing around me, speaking loudly to each other in a language I couldn't understand. The male tech started talking to me and said that was the color I chose and that's what was put on. I said no, that's completely different than what I chose. I chose pink, this looks orange and is very thin. I would like for them to remove it and put a different color on. He raised his voice and said "It will take 10-15 minutes to change the color, that's the color you chose! That's not what we're here for! You pick your color carefully and stick with it!". At that point I was completely embarrassed and should have just left, but I didn't want the ugly orange color left on my nails so I let them fix the color.
