Came here for an emergency manicure as I couldn’t get into my normal manicurist. I decided to get a pedicure at the same time. They did convince me to do a more expensive package on the manicure, but after all was said and done I was happy I did. They were careful with my nails. Never hurt me and didn’t over-drill. I’ve been a customer here since this place opened 2 years ago, but service has deteriorated. I’ve thought about looking for a new place for a couple of months and tonight I decided I will not be back. I arrived at 6:15 in the hopes of getting a nail replaced and maybe a fill. I was told upon arriving (the 3rd time in a row this has happened) that they only have one girl who can do acrylics so I will have to wait. I waited. Jasmine cut my nails down, filed off my gel, and soaked my nails so we could take the entire set off and start over. It was an hour and a half before someone got to me. But that hour and a half have me plenty of insight into what was going on in this place, as I was informed of issues with the owner and irritations with “regulars”. When finally she arrived around 7:45, the technician was obviously irritated because it was near closing time. She rushed through my nails, knicking me in the process and causing me to bleed. I asked her if she had somewhere to be and she said no, but she kept looking at the clock and shaking her head, rushing through my nails. I told her if she had somewhere she needed to be then she needn’t worry about me. I said this on multiple occasions; I felt so bad that people were working on my nails when they obviously were pained to do so. The technician slowed down a bit and took more care after that, but after she’d finished, my acrylic nails had bubbles in them. When I remarked on this, she said the product her boss had purchased was “no good” and I would have to deal with it. That was the last straw for me. When I got to the counter to pay, I was told the cost was over $20 more than what I’d been told to expect. I paid and got the F out of there. I’m very sad about it, but I won’t be coming back. The guy doing my nails rushed through it. Filed most of the pink off and at the end my nails still feel bumpy even after the clear coat. Then had to wait ten minutes to pay and then they cold not figure out how to print a receipt. Very terrible. I feel like for the price they charge they should take their time a little more. Experience was overall good. Good choice of nexgen colors. Complaints come at the end. When the guy pulled up the towel my nail dust went everywhere and got on my top coat, which wasn’t dry yet. When I pointed it out he said “oh it’s so small, but I can fix it if you want” I paid and left then noticed my top coat dried funny. Like parts of 3 nails didn’t receive a full coat? If I could give this place less I would...! THIS WAS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE EVER! I should’ve hinted from the empty customer parking! I wouldn’t RECOMMEND anyone there especially of COLOR!! Jessica the receptionist didn’t provide any hospitality to me at all, then KEPT HOVERING OVER ME while I was speaking to my nail tech!Of course she still charged me $64 dollars for my nails she KNEW I DIDNT LIKE and my 8 year old daughter a nail polish? I waited until I had been here a few times before I reviewed. I can say that I really like it here. It's clean and comfortable, and it's nice to be offered a cocktail or soda when I sit down. The owners are very nice. I only had one "bad" experience, and it was because the lady who did my nails just wasn't very good at it. Her name was Becky. She was nice enough, but my Nexgen was lumpy, the color was uneven, and she nicked all of my cuticles. The other 3 times, I have had Kim do my Nexgen, and she's fantastic. Fast, gentle, and it always comes out smooth and perfect. I have also never asked for Kim and gotten someone else, like a lot of other places will do. (Like I won't notice.) They give great pedicures here, as well. If you haven't been in, five them a shot. They're consistent during the week and on weekends, and take appointments. Read Less

I got a pedi and mani with French for both (gel french for my hands). I walked in just before 1pm this past Tuesday and there was only one other person getting a pedi done. The technicians were very friendly, which is why I was a little hesitant to write a not so great review. I was asked if I was okay with the white tips on the first couple nails and I asked to make it a bit thicker so it didn't show any part of my nail tips. Well, she didn't quite listen to my request and on 5 of my nails you can see where my nail tips start (sorry I'm not sure how else to explain "nail tips" other than the part at the top not connected to my skin). Also, it's now only Saturday (4 days later) and one nail already has chipped off. I have never had my gel polishes chip so soon. Now for the toes, I requested for them to be clipped. It was barely done at all. I believe I had someone who was still learning how to do pedicures and a French style polish because it took quite a long time. Total time it took with only one other customer in there was about an hour and fifteen minutes and cost me $82. I was hoping I would love it since I just moved to the area and it's right down the street but I most likely will not be back :( Read Less

A cocktail with a manicure? Yes, please! The cost for a full Nexgen set is a little gighet than other places, but the quality is on point. Many of the techs also spoke clear English making it much easier to communicate my needs. Read Less

The place looks very nice and clean. I was referred by a friend but the work was very poor. I got a gel French manicure and was left with lots of bubbling in my nails, uneven nails and white streaks throughout my nail. Overall I was not pleased at all walking out of there and wouldn't recommend it. Read Less

Nice and clean place!!! But very disappointed about their work, first time client, I paid for a pedicure that include 10 min massage...horrible!!! Not even relax other places give me a very and relax massage for less money, I ask for very short cut in my nails, no color, I want them natural!!! Well may nails look so uneven!!! I've been meaning to write a review about this place. I live across the street from here so decided to try them out. First off, the salon is very clean. Has a bar, and the staff is very friendly. I will say I have one complaint, the first time I went to get my nails done, I asked for a full set of dipping powder tip nails. The nail tech was super sweet, talkative and I enjoyed my experience. Unfortunately, two nails fell off within 3 days. I went back, they fixed them. Three more nails fell off. I literally bought super glue to just keep them on so I could last for a few weeks until I needed to get them done again. That didn't stick. So I ripped them all off. Being that this place is so close to home I decided to give them another try. A gentlemen did my nails this time. I got #85 dipping powder with tips again. This set has been on for over two weeks now. They haven't cracked at all! Although my first set was bad quality, I am glad I tried them out again.
