Horrible customer service!!!! The guy who did my nails did not seem as if he did not want to be bothered and instead of opening his mouth on postioning my he was rough. As far as my nails they are ok. Ive have got my nails done plenty of time i know the routine like the back of my hands he didnt even put cuticle oil on my fingers. I felt as if i was being sterotyped. And even though he gave me bad service instead of tipping him 20 like i intended i tipped him 5. He seemed much to happier when i tipped him and left. If you dont care about customer service then this is your place but i would say he need to do better with customer service and i def wont be going back my day was not going to well and i came to ease my mind. Was a first time customer since my regular place was booked full until Saturday not only was I charged an extra 15 $ than my regular place! Although my tech was nice it took her an hour and 45 minutes to do my nails which was a simple black coffin shape. The paint job is horrible and my nails are full of dimples! I will never go here again. First time customer to this place and as soon as I came in, I went to the chair that I was directed to. I waited 10 minutes for the lady in the back room to attend to me and I was just about to walk out. Professional is an understatement, lazy and you can tell that she did not want to work. The owner had to keep telling the lady to come out because there was a customer and is wear. I will never come here again. The place was not clean, the odor smelled like old cheese. I am in shock with how many bad reviews this place has. I have been going here for 4 years now and have had NOTHING but great experiences here. I have always been treated with upmost respect and taken care of well. They always do exactly what I want and talk with me and have fun with me. Van the owner is the absolute best!!! I will NEVER go any where else.  About 8 months ago I moved from Lewisville well I live now 1 hour away from the shop and drive here every 2 weeks for nails and feet and eyebrows. The lady I saw was very nice and did a decent-ish job even though I wanted dip and she did acrylic. I could have stopped her but decided to just go with what she was doing. I didn't mind. My nails turned out so-so. I would rate them a 3 based on my experience. A week out and I have some lifting. They are all slightly different lengths but I'm not picky. However, I was there with my niece and her experience is why I will never return. She saw a male and he was incredibly rude. When she wasn't paying attention he was rolling his eyes at her. I couldn't believe it. He was treating her very poorly. Also, the place was booked up solid yet when people called to see how busy they were he would tell them to come on in. People would show up (assuming those who called) and he would turn them away because it was too busy. I thought that was ridiculous. Just tell them it's too busy or be honest and tell them when you think it won't be busy. He was just overall awful and uncomfortable to work with. We both just wanted to be done and leave. Her nails were suppose to be white with a glitter accent nail done with the dip and it was very uneven and the white was see through in spots. I should have taken a picture. The glitter looked like dirt. It didn't look like a glittery nail at all. There was barely any glitter. He boasted about being ocd and perfectionist and then did a rushed bad job. I don't understand. If I could give this place a zero I definitely would !!! Staff is very unprofessional and constantly use profanity! They don't care about the experience you get or that you pay for suppose to be excellent service, they basically rush you out and take your money for a useless trip,time and money you spent there!! I didn't like how my nails were getting done when I seen how the young lady was doing! She made them look okay after she had finished them, but nothing like I've had done before they were sloppy and rushed l!! But, a few days later the white tips starting fading and looking horrible well then about two days later I woke up and my nails not the fake nails WERE BLACK! YES I SAID BLACK!! I did not have a good experience. The nails were very uneven. The nail technician smeared the design (polka dots) on two nails. Tried to tell me it looked okay. I asked her to take the design off. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Take your business elsewhere! I came in today to get a pedicure and a full set of nexgen. The man who did my pedicure was great my toes came out wonderful. However, the lady who was doing my nails was the complete opposite. She applied the tips and cut the pinky down to my desired length, but all of the other nails were different lengths. Some shorter and some longer than others. They looked terrible. She started the base powder on 2 of my fingers when I told her I didn't like my nails at all and if she could please either fix them or remove them all together. She immediately got an attitude and complained about having to start all over, so I simply said to just take off the tips and I'll take my business elsewhere. (Keep in mind she is not even a quarter of the way done) So she very painfully and rough took off my tips and walks away without a word. Once my toes are dry she meets me at the front and I politely ask her how much the total is. I expected to pay about $5 or so for removal of the tips and then the cost of my pedicure. I kid you not she snatches my card from my hand and swipes it without telling me the total! She charged me the full amount for NexGen nails. I was SO angry and called the police for theft. She claimed that I wasn't going to pay.. but she didn't even give me a chance and I never ever said I was not going to pay. She swiped my card without my consent. This place is the worst in town!! The lady's that work there had her child with her and he was sick and I understand I'm a mother. But she  didn't even try to keep him away from my daughter as he was coughing in her face. And told me he had a fever. So two days later my three-year-old came down with yes you guessed it a fever. Her son was climbing on her back as she was using the drill to file my nails I was afraid she was going to cut me because he kept climbing all over her. The only thing she did to fix the situation was to scream at him which made it worse and then he of course started screaming Before I left I need my eyebrows done it was New Year's eve the day before someone else to care of that but she was in the front part of the building where all the clients are. Really disappointed was in this salon 5 days ago and my gel nails started to chip they are suppose to last at least 2 weeks they were horribly pulling this has never happened to me when I get gel . So I go back to get it fix hoping they would fix it well they fix it and charged me $20 for a polish change when I got the same color. By far, the absolute worst experience, for a simple fill EVER! Not only was I overcharged, the girl tried to tell me two different prices while running my card. I called back to ask the price because I thought it was incredibly high for a fill and they quoted me $20 less over the phone. Then as I'm explaining all of the issues with them and pointing out all of the bubbles, cracks, rough spots, uneven French manicure lines, crevices where the girl's nail indented the acrylic, the woman rolled her eyes at me. Conveniently the manager was not there today when I asked and she acted like they were too busy to fix all the imperfections suddenly with only 3 people in the shop. EVERY SINGLE NAIL has something wrong with it if not multiple problems. I'm not a picky person but in over 20 years of having my nails done all over the country, this place was the absolute worst job I've ever had! Not to mention she filed the acrylic down so far on one nail with the dremel tool that she was filing my own nail down all the way to the bed of the skin under my real nail until I wrenched in pain!!! Looks at me and then just goes to the next nail!!! So now under that acrylic nail you can see all the nail down to the skin and my finger still hurts. Is there a way to give negative stars? I would! I pointed out to her a few issues before I walked out to see if the price gauged me by calling and she barely did any repairs. My experience does not resemble the others that are posted here. I have been here several times, and have always been greeted warmly, and my nails have always turned out great!Today I got a pedicure and a  "NexGen" manicure in a pretty light pink color and they look gorgeous! The girl doing my nails was meticulous, she took her time with me,  and was as sweet as could be. She gave me a gel manicure last time, and it lasted 3 weeks!  Raul was my pedicurist today,  and he did a thorough job while always smiling throughout the process.True, the prices might be higher than those of other nearby salons, but I have never had to wait on a Saturday, and that perk is worth it to me. I've never got colored powder before where they were too lazy to remove the old powder first. They risk added a color over the existing powder being lazy just to see the other color come through.  I will never return to this place.  There's a reason why they are not busy on this Saturday.  Beware. It took minutes before I was greeted...not attentive at all. Not offered amything to drink, no one turned the massage chair on...my tailbone is currently hurting cause the chairs just suck in general. Couldn't feel the massage portion, it was very weak. There is absolutely NO cushion in the chairs. The girl is slow as hell, barely even scrubbing my feet or getting the cuticles cut down...towels are barely even warm for my HOT towel wrap, toes are hanging out. So this was my first time here. I was on the way to the mall and pulled in for a quick mani pedi. Raul helped me and was awesome. He took his time and was very personable. Towards the end it seemed like the lady (owner?) was rushing him and she seemed to be rushing me from the drying station when another client started talked to me right after my nails had finished drying. I came here yesterday for my birthday. I wanted blue glitter solar tips and this is the first experience where a nail tech was so rough with my hands that she cut my cuticles to where everything she put on my nails afterwards stung the cuts. When she realized she glued my fingers to tips she applied, she dug her nails underneath mine to separate the skin from the tip. It hurt a lot and she heard me say ouch but she was just in a hurry to get the job done. She gave me a $5 discount because it was my birthday and I told her I really appreciated it. I left quickly because I had somewhere to be and as I looked at my nails while driving, I saw that my ring finger'a nail was COMPLETELY different than the rest and that there were 3 crooked nails. In the whole hour she took to do my nails, they looked like a mess. I came in the next day once they opened and I showed her my nails and she had her manager "fix" my nails to look like the rest. I asked for them to be rounded and shortened like the ring finger so they would all be uniform. A little while into it, I look down and she completely shaved off the right side of my middle finger nail to where the nail was curving to the left. I showed it to the manager and she said it was my fault because I wanted it rounded. I told her to fix it and she said, "don't tell me then that it's too square!" And she attempted to fix it (but she didn't fix it) while she talked to another employee about me, I'm sure. Then I told her how I appreciate her for helping me and she said, "uh hug. Not every nail will be perfect" to which I responded "I am aware but before this new management came in, my nails would be done very close to perfect. I'm just asking to get what I paid for." She said, "we have you $5 discount." And finally I said, "that was still $35 I paid. just because you gave me a discount doesn't mean that the service I receive should be lesser in quality." Dont go here ... I used to come here when Lina and all others staff were here.  they were sweet , kind , and done an amazing job but now they are not there anymore . All the staff there is did a horrible job . Well I just went in to get my solar nails done and I did realize everything's difference ...all different face then I felt something not right...when I asked for Lina who is always taking care good of me and Van she told me that Lina came back to Vietnam and not be back still April so she wants to take  care of me then I can wait still Lina get back so of course I first trusted her and let she done her job .  Then 2 days later I had 2 nails lift then a day after I had 3 nails broken which I haven't ever had issue when Lina did my nails before . DO NOT GO HERE! Went in here in hopes of getting NexGen and was so rudely told that NexGen isn't real and that other salons only say it's something new to make money. The woman I spoke with was so rude to me and told me it was better for me to just leave... I believed they have switched to using cheap powder on the solar fills so your nails look like you need a fill after only one week! I've been to a lot of salons, and this one is very different. The decor is vibrant and energetic, the staff is super friendly, and the service is actually really great too!! They greet most of their customers by name, are really attentive to your needs, and even let you pick what's showing on the tv's.
