I’ve gone to this place for years to get my eyebrows done but recently, their service with eyebrow waxing has been terrible. The last time I went, the girl spilled hot wax on my cheek. And this past time, a different girl that I’ve never seen before was so rough with me it felt like she was ripping my skin off while waxing my eyebrows! She didn’t even do the full thing. She just waxed them and was done. Usually the girls trim my eyebrows and pluck the remaining hairs but this new girl didn’t bother. I went there had my nails and feet done in less than a week my nails were lifting went back up there they fixed it but within 1 1/2 weeks they were lifting again. I decided to try this place out because my friend said they did really good pedicures. She was right on the pedicure part, my toes look awesome and you get a lot out of just a basic pedicure. But my nails are HORRIBLE! I've never had such a bad fullset... I did acrylic with shellac on top and my nails are extremely bulky, every single one of them is uneven and cricked. Before she put the polish on I asked her to even them and she just quickly ran the file over one them and finished it at that.. idk if it's because she's an older lady or what, but bottom line I've never had my nails done so bad and should've gotten a refund. Our family has been going to US Nail Salon for over 5 years. In all those years, they have been amazing. My wife raves about the service, product, and waxing. They could not be better than they are. In responding to Ms. Laura Smith, I find it hard to believe that your daughter waxes her chest. This clearly seems like a very upset employee or something. If you see all the reviews on this person, it seems they are very unhappy. At most places, all prices are given up front with no hidden fees. I hope everyone goes to US Nail Salon soon. They are an amazing nail salon. Our family has been going to US Nail Salon for many years. They are completely clean from the restroom to the pedicure station. The staff could not be more friendly and they all give over 150%. From someone who is very picky, they are our only place to go. US Nail Salon has so many designs to choose from. We love it there. I went to U.S. Nails for the first time today. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. Lin did a great job on a new set of solar nails for me. Very attentive to details and making sure that I was pleased with my service.  I am so glad to finally find a place that feels like being back home in Georgia. My nails are not even a week old and have already chipped. They are not close to the cuticles and my nail isn't even fully covered in the powder. Extremely greedy. They know how to earn money. One lady is very clever. She told us one price, $25 to wax my daughter's chest and eyebrow. Then just when I came outside in the waiting area, she quickly waxed and removed my daughter's hairs by her ears and charged me a total of $40. I hate this dishonesty. Read Less

horrible. I walked in and was the only person and they looked at me like I was crazy when I asked for a manicure. I hadn't been here in 6 months due to a car accident but these ladies have never failed to give great service!!! I usually only do a 30-35 pedicure but today I went for the $55 and oh my goodness it was so absolutely worth it!!!!! They always communicate with you to ask if the water temperature is comfortable and let also let you know when the wax is coming they remind you it will be a bit hot. Great service here!!! Read Less

I have been going to US Nail Salon for a few years now. I kept going back because it was across from my neighborhood. I was either very pleased with my nails or not pleased with my nails when I went, depending on the nail technician. What really got me to go to a new nail place was every time I got acrylic nails the lady would charge me for gel nails. They think its gel nails just because they put on a gel topcoat. That is not the case. I feel like they rip me off every visit. I would not recommend this place unless you just want a simple polish. Read Less

So surprise with the way the new management run it! Very extraordinary different! I came to the shop two years ago and was very upset about the services and everything. I thought I will never come back again. Just last week I saw a banner saying they have new management with new look and 30% off on all services. Since it is close to my home so I decide to try the shop one more time to see how is it now. What I can say now is "WOW". The shop is so nice and clean. I like the way they paint it. It make me feel very relax. The new owner is very nice and gently. They really care about me and others customers. Keeping asking me whether it is too cold or too hot so they can adjust accordingly. Look through the menu, they have many options for me to choose from instead of the old boring menu that I saw two years ago. They have full set, solar, shellac, waxing, and a lot of choices for pedicure from regular to deluxe. I treat myself a shellac and a deluxe pedicure to see how they perform their work. It is awesome. The lady did a great shellac for me. It looks very nature and elegant. I even fall asleep when she did my pedicure. Very gentle and polite. They also offer a free drink (I got a zero coke). When coming to the payment, it is even more impress. I got 30% off of all services which is a really good deal. And then I got a stamp on their business card. After six stamps, I will have $7 off.
