I was visiting from out of town and chose this shop based on positive google reviews. I wasn't impressed. The quality of the services I received was not impressive. I got there when it opened so there was no rush. The shop seemed clean, but the skills of the staff were disappointing (maybe they just didn't care, I don't know), and that's just as important as being clean. I debated between a 3 star and 4 star rating but since my overall experience was pretty good then 4 stars seemed appropriate.The Good: the nail salon is very clean, with good ventilation, a lot of light, and lots of pedi chairs and mani tables. The girl who greeted me at the front desk was nice, professional, efficient, and knew the technicians and their availability down to the minute. She was able to fit me in on what appeared to be a busy Tuesday afternoon. I was offered a drink and was given lots of time to pick out my polish color. I chose to do a classic pedicure and was really happy with it. The young lady who did my pedicure took her time doing the nail trimming and callus work (and since i have been at the beach a lot this summer this was very much appreciated). Looking around everyone at the nail salon was very happy and the other customers looked to be regulars. Up to this point it was a 5 star experience.The Bad: i will preface by saying i have never had acrylic nails and i have never had anyone use those tiny nail drills on me before so this may be a normal thing. I chose to do the SNS nails for the first time and i might not do it again. The drill cut me a few times and i should have stopped my manicurist after the 2nd cut, but i didn't realize this technique required multiple passes with the drill. Everytime she applied that clear coat over the powder my cuts would sting. She was very nice and apologetic when i would flinch but the end result was a polish that was much thicker than i had anticipated. Maybe this dipping powder technique is not for me. I will stick with Gel/Shellac Manicures in the future.Would i go back? sure - but i will be sticking with the pedicures if i do. Read Less

I has my nails done today at SS nails. It is extremely incredible. Technicians are super sweet and professional. They also have complimentary drinks and warm neck-wrap. I will definitely be back and highly recommended this place. Read Less

I'm from Asia and moved to US 7 years ago. I'm very picky in choosing any nail salon Since I have a lot of friends that are nail technician. Me and my husband just moved to League City so I need to find a salon that meet my needs, especially one with good sanitary and skills in the SNS powder. Then I found SSHarbour. Read Less

After reading reviews thought I'd give this place a try. New to the area so I popped in to give them a try. Mani -pedi is what I opted for. Requested hot water for pedi - got Luke warm. Asked for nails to be rounded got square.  No better luck with mani. Had tips removed requested nails short and round. First try - nails jagged and square. Try two - polish removed again and nails rounded semi evenly.  Try three - nails still not smooth but rounded. I give up. My manicurist on the phone off and on third coat of polish -simply awful.  I check out and am charged $55 - seriously. Look at my pictures before you try this place out. This place is amazing! I was offered a drink, all of their pedicure chairs where you put your feet are covered in plastic for sanitary reasons. Everyone was so nice and smiled. The place is decorated so cute.... Awesome place for good prices! I have found my new nail salon!! Read Less
