I was introduced to Nancy, the owner, by my sister about 3 years ago. I go to Nancy because my spa doesn't offer acrylic nails and Nancy is the best in the Clear Lake/Friendswood/League City area. She knows my busy work schedule and does her best to work me in. Never once has she told me no. That is a great business sense. She has had the same girls working for her as long as I can remember and they know us by name when we walk in and are very personable. I love this place. If you dont make an appointment you can expect a short wait at busy times. I have had Mani Pedi's all over and plus place is the best. I have never had bad service. They always ask how you want your nails before they begin. Read Less

My mother has been coming here for years. Every now and again I tag along and regret it every single time. As soon as my mom walks in they immediately start her and make me wait. I can't tell you how many times we have walked in for the same exact full set and my mom gets started on, I have to wait the entire time yet new customers are walking in and getting serviced. 6 times now I've said " you know what nevermind I don't have time for this because you're already done with my mom and we have to go." Just now my mom walked in to get a full set and I just wanted to get my eyebrows down. We walk in together and my mom says "I'm here to get my full set finished" because she had started it the other day and ran out of time so we were coming back to do it again. They jumped up and told her where to sit down and got started on her. And then I immediately said, right after her, "I just need to get my eyebrows done" and they didn't even look at me. They didn't respond they looked at each other and kind of rolled their eyes. I've had enough and I told them "I'm done that's it." I turned to my mom and said "See! I told you so" and then I walked out. The only thing that I can think of and I have never in my life have ever used the color of my skin as an excuse for anything but the only thing I can think of is the fact that my mother is white and I'm Hispanic because I was adopted. Lauren did my manicure and pedicure. She was completely polite and professional. The facility was clean & the pricing was competitive. Definitely worth the money! I had a very relaxing morning and plan to return the next time I want to have some "me" time. Read Less
