Filed roughly on skin not nail. Water cold. Put utensils back in the water on top of my feet after using. Tried to help me find a sheer color that was not pink but kept bringing me pink. So I just left without polish Still charged me $40. They should have wine so you just don't care. Worst pedi mani experience I've had.Read Less

Very POOR Service - I am a young educated Hispanic female that went in to get my nails done for my prom. I was completely disrespected by the owner. My Mom outlined what services we needed from his establishment, and he agreed these services were services they routinely performed (Nails & Pedicure). My Mom left to run errands, and they started the services as discussed. They completed the pedicure and then proceeded to give me the least expensive manicure. When I reminded the workers of my original request, they started questioning my ability to pay $40.00 vs. $10.00. At this point, I was completely embarrassed and frustrated, as to how they were speaking to me. It was completely unnecessary, VERY unprofessional and unwarranted. Long story short, they agreed to perform the services as I requested at some point of the day. So.....two hours later I'm still sitting in the chair and I still have NO NEW NAILS. This is after my Mom called and clarified our ability to pay and our desire to get this done in a timely manner. Had a great experience at Madison Nails. Thuy made my nails look like I should be a hand model and Amy gave me a great deluxe pedicure.  The chairs were comfortable and the girls were very nice.I will be back. Best pedicure ever! I will continue to drive from Baytown for this pedicure and the prices are super reasonable. Tracey did an amazing pedicure that really helped my feet . I recently had twins and my feet have been severely neglected and she got all the dead skin and relieved the pain of ingrown toe nails all without any pain in the process. Priced just right!I came here on a Sunday because I was in dire need for a full set.  I did a search in the area and this place was 1 of maybe 10 in a 5 mile radius. My co-worker mentioned that she went here, which is the reason I choose them.  I showed up at 10:50 a.m.  They open at 11. As soon as someone showed up, I walked in and asked if I could be seen that day. She said, sure. Have a seat.  They only had 1 morning appointment. I am new to the area and decided to go to Madison Nails based on all of the rave reviews that I saw.  I was getting a deluxe pedicure for my wedding & honeymoon so this was very important to me.  First of all, let me say that I am NOT a chemically sensitive person, but the odor in that small place was so overpowering that I left with a headache.  Secondly, my pedicures normally last me at least 3 weeks.  The lady doing my nails was nice enough, but didn't seem to put hardly any effort or attention into the leg massage.  The hot stones were not even really hot!  Lastly, I noticed that she didn't use a base coat when she started painting my nails.  I really should have said something but I just thought maybe they had a different way of doing things.  So long story short, my pedicure didn't last but less than a week.  Never again! My experience to help anyone: I made an appt on a Saturday at 4pm for pedi & full set. Loved my pedi and great paint job! I had someone different for my new nail set and was not happy with the way it turned out but it didn't seem like she cared to fix them (messy paint, acrylic all over skin) so I left and thought maybe it just wasn't my new nail place since I just moved here - onto the next! But after 3 days my nails were already lifting and I was pretty upset. I called and spoke to Andie who fit me in that evening & fixed all of my nails with a perfect paint job! He was so friendly and polite and didn't charge me. I'm in love with his work & will definitely be back! This isn't the nail salon with wine & 10 busy nail techs running around but more slow, relaxed and low volume music. It was certainly great the second time I went! I first started going to Madison Nails in the summer of 2014 when we first moved to the Houston area.  Andy, his wife, and their entire staff are always friendly and helpful.  I went to a few other salons for a month or so recently and found they were a little more expensive and lacking something.  That something is Andy!  They recently got all new pedicure chairs and they are AWESOME!  I promise you they will please you whether it is for solar, gel or manicure!Today I got a deluxe pedicure and a gel (shellac) manicure for $55.00.  This was before my tip, which I was happy to leave due to the exceptional service. By far the best nail place I've been to since moving here over a year ago. Andy works magic! He takes his time and is a perfectionist (which means your nails will never be different shapes or sizes) I've been twice now & I will continue to go back to Andy! I would recommend making an appointment before going in because that place is always busy! I liked the fact I didn't need a fill for 3 weeks and I didn't have any lifting. Love this place! I've been to a lot of nail salons around clear lake and this salon in my opinion is the best that I've been too. I've been going to them for a little over a year. Prices are really reasonable, and great service! I'm usually a walk in and I somehow always get Andy to do my nails. He is fantastic! I am extremely picky about my nails and Andy has never failed me. He actually takes the time and listens to what I want. He speaks good English as well. A girlfriend and I were visiting Kemah and we wanted to get our toes done. After consulting the Yelp reviews for the various nearby nail salons, we decided on this one, and had a lovely time. They gave us bottles of water, and the massage chairs were great.You know how disappointing it is when you spring for a pedi with all the extras, but they just rush through everything?  That was not the case here. The nail tech took her time, and did a great job with everything, which included an exfoliating scrub and hot stones. It was just what my tired feet and calves needed.Over two weeks later, my toes still look fantastic! The polish hasn't chipped.  If I ever found myself in the area again, I'd certainly go back.
