Idk how this place stays so busy. I’ve tried 3 different times. The nail techs are rude AND bad. To top it all off!!! No one offered me a drink, but everyone else that walked in got one.. stereotype much? Maybe next time i should get dolled up so i can be treated like a normal PAYING customer. Tina is the best wax consultant. She is very professional and fast. She also does great pedicures. Tina, Leigh and Christine are super at doing my nails. They have great hours of operation it is always clean and friendly. I never feel rush or done quickly. I always feel so comfortable and relaxed when I leave. I wish I could do it weekly. Read Less

I was going there for over 3 years told my friends and everyone then we went the other day my friend was treating for my Christmas present. They were ready to close and my friend says what  the heck your nails are like orange and toe nails like black not burgundy. She spent 170 dollars and I mentioned to owner when I left said oh should of come to me first lady told me would match trusted her.. So went back next day he was not there and they made them worse were too lazy to take the dip off my nails went over with 2 other colors and glitter to try to fix it now they are getting stuck on everything and only a couple days old and need to go to wedding and interviews this week and looks like crap. Oh he said he could polish over toes  said my finger nails will still not match and has too much dip on it gettiing stuck and big deal polishing only like 5 dollars really after what we spent. I've been going here for a couple months now and the service is great. Kristi did my pedicure and manicure this morning and they look wonderful. I usually get there a few minutes before they open on Saturday morning and they are very accommodating and let me go on in to pick my color and don't mind starting whatever service I'm there for. Well I found this place a few weeks ago, and initially I loved it! Very clean, quick and friendly. Tonight I went in for an appointment with my 2 friends, so they could check it out! Not sure what was going on, but this time was a nightmare. My pedicure was terrible. No lotion or massage this time, just some exfoliant and a five minute long ankle scrub? (Who knows!) She seemed distracted, and my toes turned out bumpy and uneven. My nails turned out perfect though so I was happy! I then go to the counter to pay, and it was $10 more dollars than I had paid the last time. I asked why and they said it was because they had to remove my nails (shellac on toes and solar on nails). YALL, I went there 2 weeks ago and was never charged this!!! I had shellac on both my toes and my nails that had to be removed, and was never charged. I think the thing that made me the most angry was the fact that I was never told of this extra fee! They just tack it on at the end and expect you to pay. They ended up taking off $5 so I signed my receipt and walked out. Got to my car and the customer behind me got my attention to let me know as soon as I left the establishment, they were noticeably talking about me poorly in front of everyone!
