I usually never write reviews. Initially I would have recommended this place because they seemed nice and i liked the treatments offered in a pedicure. But my past few experiences here have been TERRIBLE. Here's why: 1. I came to do a gel manicure and had to come back the next day because it started peeling already. Turns out, they had to redo the whole thing because they used the wrong base coat. Not only did i waste my time redoing it, but wasted about 45minutes of my time just waiting for it. My pedicure was also terrible as the topcoat was blotchy and unevenly applied. 2. I walked in asking if they had anyone free to do a manicure. This lady said wait a little bit, not long. After waiting half an hr, i asked if theyd prefer me to make appointment for another day. She said no no, almost done. That "almost done" turned into an hour long wait. Furthermore, her gel manicure was done so badly, it barely lasted a week and a half. Also she filed it so badly that my nails even scratched my husband. 3. Today i went in for a gel manicure and pedicure. I was cool waiting 15 minutes while picking out a very specific color i wanted today. At the beginning of the service, that SAME LADY(im guessing shes one of the bosses) was so unprofessional and distracted and tried making several phone calls while doing my manicure, pausing between a few nails. Apparently she was trying to make some personal appointments. Anyway, she ended up clipping my skin till i got a cut and i had blood oozing. Still cool, mistakes happen. But then, when it came to the color part, she told me they ran out of the color and didnt even apologize for it (talk about customer service). She tried finding several matches but they were clearly different. I wanted to leave and find my color at another place, and she had the nerve to still charge me $15 instead of$10 for a very crappy job. I was mad because she had an unapologetic attitude about it, was distracted, and i told her she shouldve checked the color from the onset instead of being busy making calls when im paying for a service! She just kept her arrogant air and talked back. Still no apology. I ended up staying for the gel manicure. After that, i wanted a pedicure with the same color (a point which i made VERY CLEAR before service began). She flippantly said, "go check. We might not have it". Again, something she didnt mention from the getgo and provided terrible service as they usually help you find the colors and let you know in the beginning if theres a match or not, since they know their products better. I ended up ditching her and getting help from another employee there. If she wasnt so arrogant, distracted, and unprofessional, i would not have bothered writing this review. So definitely no tip for them today. Extremely unprofessional. It's too bad. The other employees have been pretty good. Ive heard them be honest with customers in telling them they have one or two more waits and to come back later instead of wasting their time waiting. Its just this lady is terrible.
