I had such a great experience having my nails done in Drayton Nails for Christmas holiday a few days ago. They have wide range of new colours to choose and my nails look amazing. The shop is opened on Sunday as well so highly recommended for those who want to have their last minutes nails done and couldn’t come during the week. Read Less

Absolutely disgusting staff here. They ruined my nails completely they looked as though they were done by a 5 year old. When u complained the man screamed at me so I refused to pay the 35 they wanted.... Read More
Absolutely disgusting staff here. They ruined my nails completely they looked as though they were done by a 5 year old. When u complained the man screamed at me so I refused to pay the 35 they wanted. Just had nails removed 2 weeks later and they have ruined my natural nail so badly it's nearly falling of. Avoid like the plague girls... Read Less

A last minute decision this afternoon to get my nails done whilst in Market Drayton, the Ivy Suite was fully booked so I went to Drayton nails, where over the past few years I have probably been twice. I was happy with my experience until the man shouted at me in front of customers in the salon, due to me questioning the chrome colour of my nails, as they did not look like the colour I had asked for. I would have accepted an explanation and an apology, maybe even some money... knocked off as a goodwill gesture, but instead the man tried to overcharge me Β£2 (Was he actually joking?) He then said to pay what was quoted when I came in, which was Β£23 (acrylic infils & shellac chrome varnish). I paid the Β£23 and left the salon. Cant believe how rude he was, I'm not sure if he was the manager, I did ask for the manager, but he continued to shout so I assume he was the manager, disgusting customer service. I think my nails look nice but the colour isn't at all what I asked for, his reaction was very unessecary. Home now, and 2 of my finger nails are really stingy sore where my skin has been cut. A last minute decision this afternoon to get my nails done whilst in Market Drayton, the Ivy Suite was fully booked so I went to Drayton nails, where over the past few years I have probably been twice.
