My first time here and I have to say it was awesome! But let's address why some people may not have had the same experience!π For those of you with the one star review here's your one star review!!!π€¨ Yes they are busy and yes we waited a long time but do not complain if you waited to receive service or decided to walk out! These people work hard to provide every customer with the best experience they can! I have been to nail salons who work fast or take in more clients then they can handle and end up giving a sorry service!πΆ Thank you Qnails for the amazing pedicure it was worth the wait dont change a thing!π

Wait can sometimes be a pain. Overall they do a good job but the pricing is on the higher side. Overall Iβm satisfied!

I come here anytime I'm in Laredo. Friendly staff and great service. I had to return after rushing off to the gym and messing up my pedicure (oops!) and they cleaned up my polish for free.

Absolutely the best shellac mani / pedi I've had in months!!! I travel all over the country... have had my nails done in a lot of those places but nothing by compares to this place!!! Beautifully done...

Being a driver it's hard to find a good nail salon. I was able to park my semi at the strip mall that it's located in and walked in. A little busy but I waited for less than 10 minutes then I was seated with Kim. Very pleased with the services I asked for manicure and fill. Very reasonable. I will return when in the Laredo area.

Good Service, if rushed for clientele they will skip a service. I had a mani and pedi and asked for a brow wax. I was told I don't need itπI went somewhere else to do it.

Not my favorite place. They charge for every little thing and I feel are constantly laughing at the customers in their language. One of the ladies even has to put you down by telling me my eyebrows ar...
Not my favorite place. They charge for every little thing and I feel are constantly laughing at the customers in their language. One of the ladies even has to put you down by telling me my eyebrows are ugly and I need a wax. If your trying to get business by insulting others it's not working not right. There nails are nails but they need better customer service. I know many people admire this nail salon but their jealousy of other salons is crazy. They gave a price on their menu for 18 and under but because they thought my nails were from another salon (I did them) they did not honor that price. Don't think I'll be going back.
