Got these nails done in the last weekend of June.
Waiting time:There was no waiting time.
Nails: I showed them that picture but my nails look terrible and I wanted lilac but apparantly this color isn't as I had expected nor was I told it would be darker. I also had shown them another one and the guy in charge I suppose just estimates by image so the other photo he said $50 and these $45. It wasn't lined up to my nail right and some of the color wasnt placed right. On one of my nails ended up getting a pointy part on top which was so annoying because it was semi sharp. After finishing there was a change in price and the guy even started that these are worth less.
Service: fast simple but as for staffing it was a mess even I didn't know whose on shift. While my nails were left under the light the person I got just went to the chair in the station behind me and sat to watch a game. And even after I was done he didn't even notice me being finished so I walked up and left to pay.

Complete scam. I asked for the prices of acrylic nails TWICE and i was told it was $30. so i agreed and asked if i could get a coffin cut nail shape, the woman simply nodded and said nothing. in the end i was charged $50!!! everyone was confused about the prices and nobody new what they were doing. once confronted, the employees were very rude. terrible service and no one was educated on their own prices. do not recommend.

This nail place is fantastic. The wait is totally worth as to waiting in other places where they don’t put effort. She puts so much detail and makes sure they look good. The lady here actually puts effort and time to do your nails and my nails for prom came out so beautiful. I love them.

Took them 4 HOURS! Just to get a pedi and nails -_- plus $80 for pedi and nails plus $10 if you change shape of nails then tip.

I went in and a lady helped me right away. Told me to pick my nail color and it'll be about 10min wait. Well i waited about 20mins, she came back to me and told me 5 more mins. I was ok. However, 2 ot...
I went in and a lady helped me right away. Told me to pick my nail color and it'll be about 10min wait. Well i waited about 20mins, she came back to me and told me 5 more mins. I was ok. However, 2 other girls come in for nails and they go before me, while at this point I already waited about 35mins. I went ahead and left. So unorganized and a mess. Do not recommend

I don't live in Laredo so this is just based off someone who was in the only mall here and I had some time to kill so I decided to get my nails done. My nail tech (I have no idea what his name was because he literally only said the words wash your hands and you're done) did a pretty good job. I got a powder full set and I've received several compliments! But upon inspecting them, they're so thick especially on one of my pinkies. They're wider than what I would have liked and than what's trendy right now. But and this may sound weird but he filed the underside of the nails and that's something that I always appreciate because having excess powder underneath drives me crazy!! Overall I would recommend, I spent $45 before tip!

So happy to have strong, healthy nails growing well in time for a June family wedding after only 3 of 5 IBX treatments. My nails have been transformed from weak, flaky, nibbled ugly things after IBX applied every 10 days. Well worth it, thanks to Pam and Mel.j

Nails: I showed them that picture but my nails look terrible and I wanted lilac but apparantly this color isn't as I had expected nor was I told it would be darker.
