I first tried this place in 2014 and the wax I got was horrible! She was so slow and got nothing when she waxed so ended up having to pluck everything. It took almost an hour just to wax my eyebrows. ...
I first tried this place in 2014 and the wax I got was horrible! She was so slow and got nothing when she waxed so ended up having to pluck everything. It took almost an hour just to wax my eyebrows. 4 years later I tried it again and the bed was dirty! There was hair all over it and it was wrinkled, clear sign someone was just on it. When I asked to tech to change it she told me it wasn't dirty! Lady for real? She changed it but wasnt nice about it. I'm giving 2 stars because she honestly did a good job waxing me lol I just wont come again.

**Long but worth the read**
If I could give this a -0 star I would!! The only person that was there when we got there could not speak or understand English! I completely understand that they speak a certain language but if you're gonna work there you should at least know the basic words like "SHELLAC" "PEDICURE". Come on!!! While getting our pedicures they took over an hour and a half and they did a half ass job. They didn't scrub our feet right and did not take off our cuticles. They tried putting 4 coats of shellac on our toes and for those of you that know shellac, that can get really thick. They look disgusting. Once we finished we were going to start our manicure and as he started we would let him know that he needed to cut the cuticles more or the shape was wrong and he had no idea what we were saying and kept doing his thing. We had to go ask a different nail lady to translate and she couldn't even have him do it. We decided to tell them to stop doing our manicure. We ended up wasting 3 hours there and just got a half ass pedicure. Once we tried to pay the lady that charged us she was only going to give us $5 of our change and try to keep the other $5 for tip. This place is a joke!!!

Always a treat. I leave satisfied and relaxed whith any service nails wax designs...they make it a point that i leave satisfied as well... that's a great business..🥇🥇🎉🎉♥️♥️

The used to be my regular place to get mani/pedi...NOT ANYMORE! They do not sterilize their instruments and the girl tried to cover it up! She put the dirty instrument in an open bag! The steri-strip on the bag changes to a dark color when it has been sterilized and the color of the arrows on the bag were still pink! The wait was long and then that happened! It's gross and unsanitary!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY!!!!!!

The times I've been there they do my nails very thin and my nails have cracked. I wear long nails and I would like them to last. I will not return to this place.

Terrible place! The people doing nails do not follow directions, try to change your mind about what you want, talk in another language to each other while doing your nails (which is very rude and feels like they are talking about the customers) and is overpriced. Do not waste your money here. I went twice hoping my first experience was isolated but no - both times were uncomfortable and disappointing. Their customer service is lousy.
